We opened a second space last year and switched to Archie at the same time. Plans, credits, billing setting and everything else can easily be managed and edited by our team. Getting used to the platform is quite straightforward, you still need to allocate some time to setting everything up correctly, but it's definitely easy to maintain. Archie is very intuitive for guests - people just walk in, sign in on the iPad, and they’re done in less than a minute. While the booking process is flawless, seeing everyone schedule is a bit harder if you want a more long term view instead of checking for a single day, there is a calendar option I can use yes but maybe there is a better way to display that information.
