What do you like best about Archie?

I haven't tried any other product for managing hot desks, but I joined several demonstrations and Archie seemed to be on par with the best options other there. Only difference, the price quoted was significantly lower than companies like Robin and FacilityOS, so for our team the decision was a no brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archie?

The only area where I think the product could be improved is visibility into colleagues schedules. You can find a colleague on a map, see when they'll be at the office and all that, but I am missing a single view, only for my team, showing planned presences for the following week or two. What do you like best about Archie?

Honestly, it just works. We looked at a few options and this had the best balance of features and price. You get a lot of advanced features in a single plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archie?

I’d love more dashboard customization options. For example there isn't a way to filter the log by type of visit unless you export it and do it yourself. Not a huge issue but small updates like that would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
