**What do you like best about Archie?**

I had a great experience from the beginning with the onboarding team helping in any way possible to set up the product the way we needed. When it comes to the app itself, although it's not perfect it delivers a lot a value and there are new features big and small coming up frequently. We use it on one location for now and I'm very happy with the choice. Users find it very easy to use and the few times we needed help the support team was extremely nice and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

Clearly some small things are not as polished and there are some settings that are a bit buried and hard to find at times, however the main flows work perfectly. I would also argue floor plans are not the easiest to edit, but once you get used to how it works it's okay.

**What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main use case is resources booking at our workspace, we were able to customize the booking processes very easily, define policies and also add our brand to the portal. On top we also sign in visitors through the platform.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

The analytics dashboard is important for us so we can see which parts of the office are being used most and when we may hit capacity in the future as we grow. The actual booking and visitor registration functionalities are good too, I'd say the platform offers a lot of flexibility and it seems easier to use than other options on the market.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

Custom reports have been upgraded and work well now, but were too limited when we first started with Archie. There are minor issues here and there, for instance settings there are not self-explanatory on what they do. Never came across any bug or downtime though, so that's great. Overall it's not super polished but all of the core features are robust and we can trust the platform to work.

**What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had little data on how much space we needed or how the facility itself should be configured. What we get from Archie still requires a lot of digging into the numbers but we are collecting very interesting insights. Employees and visitors never had problems using it, obviously this was very important for our team.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

I mainly use Archie to check who from my team is coming into the office and grab a desk nearby. The map view is really helpful because I can quickly see where people are sitting and pick a desk with the setup I want (monitor, quiet area, etc.). I also like that meeting rooms are in the same system and that room tablets show the actual availability

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

For our floor the desk map takes a moment to navigate, especially when looking up where specific people are sitting. It’s not a big issue but still

**What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this we had a lot of messages like “who’s in the office today?” or people taking desks that were already reserved. Now I can just open the app, see who’s around, and book a spot in seconds. It makes office days and general aligning with colleagues much more organized.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

I like how it gives you visibility into what’s happening in the office before you even go in. You can see which zones are busy, where your coworkers are sitting, and what desks are free. It helps me plan when to come in and where to sit depending on what kind of work I’m doing that day. And the have dark mode lol!!

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

Sometimes there are new things in the app and not really an explanation of what's up. Great the product is evolving, but it would be nice to be better guided into what's new. Sometimes the announcement of a new feature happens weeks after it's been live and in the meantime we already figured that out.

**What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it’s just made managing certain aspects of the office much easier, specifically when to go into the office, where to sit, which meeting spaces are available.

It’s fairly well integrated into our systems. The help team and the product development team have been very responsive and understanding of our business needs.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

It’s mostly small things, but the copy and terminology sometimes don’t align with our brand. We’ve also run into a few minor integration issues that have caused some hassles.

**What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full user account management has been a lifesaver, and it’s allowed our team to be more proactive and productive. Its Stripe integration also makes payment collection much simpler—especially when using bank accounts—and saves us time.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

One feature I use a lot is checking when colleagues plan to come into the office. It makes it much easier to coordinate days so we’re not all coming in randomly. Booking a desk only takes a few seconds and I like that you can filter by equipment like monitors.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

The mobile app works well but I wish there were half-day/full-day shortcuts instead of heading over to the time of reservation each time.

**What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Archie we we office-first so there was no need for a hot desking solution, but we briefly tried to keep it flexible without a system and it was a bit of a mess. Now everyone books ahead and we can actually plan our in-office days better.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

I love that I don't have to leave Outlook to book a room. The bot notifications for when a guest arrives or when my booking is about to start are also helpful. User interface is alright, easy to navigate. For the core features I use it's a 10/10.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

No way to message a guest when they arrive (except if I do it via email on my own).

Also the floor plan is quite small in outlook, it's much more visibile in the archie app itself.

Now it is very rate that a room is booked but empty, or the other way around. The check-in feature and the system in general solve most of that. Visitors like the app too I think

**What do you like best about Archie?**

The Outlook sync has been very reliable for us. Booking a meeting room from Archie or from the calendar works well and availability is clear right away. The interface is also straightforward, so most people in the office started using it without much explanation.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

The reporting side is useful but took me a little while to understand when I first started managing it. More guidance there would help. Also the map view is a bit small in outlook.

We used to deal with double bookings and confusion around which rooms were free. Archie solved that pretty quickly. Now everyone books rooms the same way and we have a much clearer view of how the space is being used.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

I like how easy it is to pre-register guests and get notified when they arrive. From the host side it’s convenient because I know when my visitor has checked in, and from the reception side everything is in one place.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

The visitor flow is flexible but it took us some time to configure it the way we wanted for our front desk process - we implemented everything ourselves though.

**What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manage visitors with a simple log at reception and messages between staff. Archie replaced that with a proper system, so now we know who is expected, guests check in faster, and hosts get notified right away. It makes the whole process smoother for sure.

Pre-registration and notifications are very helpful. We use it for events and pre-registered visits, guests can check in quickly and everything feels more organized. Questions do come up sometimes but it's not so often.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

Customization takes some time to get right, especially when setting up workflows. Also I wish we could add custom text to some of the steps.

Makes reception more organized and definitely reduces manual coordination, overall a massive improvement for our processes.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

The Find a Colleague feature is the one I use most along with the Workweek view with all of my schedule. It’s hard to keep track of who is coming in on what days now that we’re hybrid, so being able to see my team's schedule in one place is a huge help!!

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

The check-in window is a bit tight. If I'm running late I sometimes get a notification that my booking might be canceled, which is a bit stressful.

I can coordinate my office days with the people I actually need to collaborate with in person and it's a lot easier to stay on top of who will be onside when it comes to scheduling in-person meeting or things like that

**What do you like best about Archie?**

From an office management perspective, the floor maps are really useful. I can see desk usage across different areas and quickly make changes if we reorganize teams. Setting up neighborhoods for departments was also pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

Editing the floor maps is easy but time consuming. Tracking attendance works well but it's not so easy to keep track of different policies for different departments. During the setup some things were hard to find - although I must say their support was very helpful.

It gives us structure for hybrid work. Instead of guessing how the office is being used, we can see reservations and adjust seating areas depending on demand.

I like being able to see who’s coming into the office with the workweek view and plan accordingly. Booking a desk near teammates is very easy and the map makes it simple to choose the right spot. All in all it's an effective solution and althought I had doubts at first now I'm very glad we rolled it out.

Sometimes takes a second to check availability across floors. It’s not a big issue but could be a bit faster.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

The way it handles visitor NDAs and photo capture at the kiosk is awesome. It automatically logs everything so we stay compliant and always know who is on premise.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

It's not a turnkey solution, you buy your own printer, tablet, etc. - there are pros and cons to this of course, gives you flexibility + it's probably cheaper, but you need to do more work to source those things yourself.

We have a digital, audit-ready trail of everyone who enters the building. It’s much more secure and professional than what we had in place before. Guests find it very intuitive to use from what I could see.

I really like that guests can be pre-registered and that hosts receive notifications when their visitor checks in. It’s also nice that the visitor list for the day is easy to review at the front desk.

No option to fill out information by scanning an ID - you can take pictures of the ID but not actually retreive the data and input it in the system that way.

It helped us move away from a more legacy system. Now we have a clear record of who is visiting and the check-in experience is much smoother for guests.

The UI is actually modern and clean. It’s pretty easy to find my teammates and book a desk in the area where they sit. The interactive floor map is my favorite part because it just makes it easier to understand what to book.

Definitely there could be faster ways to rebook the same spot, without using recurring reservations which require planning in advance

It’s just very straightforward. I like that I can see a photo of the desk or room before I book it so I know if there’s a standing desk or if I'll be near a window. The notifications for visitors are also great the few times I get those.

The map resets to the ground floor by default when I open the app, so I have to select the 4th floor every time. Opening on the last booked floor would be better.

I mostly use the mobile app and it’s great for quick reservations. If I decide to go into the office in the morning I can book a desk in under a minute. Seeing where coworkers are sitting is also very convenient.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

It’s the only desk booking tool I’ve used, I don't know how other solutions are but Archie is fantastic. I can reserve a seat recurringly for specific days of the week, see which areas are full, see who's at the office on a certain day. There are other features too like filtering for equipment, book parking spots, and more more stuff, but I only use it for planning my schedule and booking where to work from.

I wish instead of having different floors that you need to switch from, you could just have everything in one view or like a faster filter to see what floor you're looking at.

It makes our hybrid setup actually easy to manage. People can come in on the same days without chaos. It’s also helped our office stay at a comfortable capacity.

I like being able to filter desks by "Quiet Zone" or "Dual Monitor" when i have specific needs - it helps me pick the right spot based on what I’m working on that day.

The parking map is not the best, in general park spot booking is not as optimized as desks, rooms, offices - still works though.

It's great that it offers a few different ways to sign in guests at the office either by sending the visit details and a QR code, by signing in on a tablet, or on their own device... lots of flexibility and the apps are reliable.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

It's great for normal front desk operations but it doesn't have custom security features or things like facial recognition for returning guests, things like that.

Less people stuck in the lobby, simpler front desk ops, great first impression when someone comes in, higher security...

The UI is simple and doesn’t feel overloaded. Most employees started booking desks and rooms right away without needing instructions. I also like the colleague search feature to see where people are sitting.

Some users asked if they could “favorite” certain desks so they appear first when booking. That would be a nice addition.

It’s very reliable. I’ve used another tool before that didn’t always sync with Outlook properly, but Archie has been reliable. Lots of features but feels pretty easy to use.

I wish there was a way to star certain office spaces so they always show up at the top of my list, the same way it's currently possible to star colleagues.

It eliminates double-bookings, the UI is pretty nice, everything works, you can connect it to visitor registration to see what visits are scheduled, and more.

The calendar integration is probably the feature I appreciate most. Meetings booked in Outlook appear correctly and the room availability stays accurate. That reliability is something we didn’t always have with our previous tool.

The web interface could be slightly faster when loading larger room schedules, especially in the morning when people are booking meetings.

The visitor sign-in is very slick! It looks professional when visitors walk in, and I love that it automatically prints a badge / pings the host. It definitely beats the old system we used to have.

Make sure you integrate with your communication tools early on to save yourself headaches. Things works great now but you need to configure them from the beginning.

Signing in as a visitor is quick and simple and it's rare anyone ever needs assistance. It feels professional but not complicated, it has our brand on it, and it's connected to Teams which is a nice plus.

Most visitors don't know they can sign in on their phone instead of the iPad, maybe it should be more clear on the main view that this is an option. This is normally not an issue, but relevant when many people are coming in at once.

It’s a big improvement over the set up we previously had in place. Everything’s faster and more secure, and visitors actually like using it I think. It saves the receptionist time and makes the whole process smoother for everybody

**What do you like best about Archie?**

What I like most is how Archie makes the whole hybrid office thing actually work. I can open the app in the morning, check who’s coming in that day, and grab a desk near my team. The floor plan view helps as I can see which areas are busy or quiet. It also syncs with our Outlook calendar, so my bookings show up there automatically.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

The mobile app is mostly great, but sometimes you need to wait an extra second for things to load (like when you search for a colleague for example).

Before Archie, it was always a guessing game who would be at the office on the day. Now we are asked to books ahead but the process is so simple that it takes no time at all.

Customer support has been amazing. Whenever I’ve had a question or something didn’t look right, they got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly. We use the Archie app for conference rooms and offices.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

It took a bit of time to set up, mainly due to different settings and configuration options. Like check-in policies, adding descriptions to all resources, things like that.

A much better organized setup for our conference rooms, easier for users to book but also easier to manage in general. Same thing for other bookable spaces at our office. I think Archie is great, minor things could be improved but I like it.

Thanks to the new view it's very easy to see who’s in the office and where everyone sits. I can book a desk near my team or simply plan in advance when to go. The interface is simple (not amazing, but very intuitive), and the map looks exactly like our real office floor.

On occassions I get logged out from the app, not while I'm using it but rather in between sessions.

It connects nicely with our access control system and you can actually unlock doors with the Archie app which is incredible. It works a bit different for visitors which obviosuly do not have the app, but access sharing can still be done.

I like that I can manage a lot of things like booking meeting rooms, updating my information, checking the message board, and so on. The app feels very clean and easy to use. I tried a similar one at a different coworking space and the experience was similar, maybe Archie is slightly nicer.

The app does not check me in automatically based on my location (unless I specifically reserved a space), I think that would be cool to add.

Great for managing visitors at our office! People sign in on the iPad and you get an automatic message that the person is there. The app has our brand on it and feels very intutive.

There isn't a way to communicate with visitors beofre they arrive (other than manually sending an email).

Ever since we connected Archie to Teams the experinece is much better, now we can manage all rooms and desk and all notifications directly from there.

Obviously not everything is accessible in Teams and Outlook, so I still need the Archie app for some things like looking up schedules, so I hope they will integrate more and more feature there.

It helps us with visitor management and workspace bookings. As I said the MS integration is the main benefit, but the app is solid even without that integration.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

I haven't tried any other product for managing hot desks, but I joined several demonstrations and Archie seemed to be on par with the best options other there. Only difference, the price quoted was significantly lower than companies like Robin and FacilityOS, so for our team the decision was a no brainer.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

The only area where I think the product could be improved is visibility into colleagues schedules. You can find a colleague on a map, see when they'll be at the office and all that, but I am missing a single view, only for my team, showing planned presences for the following week or two. Essentially a faster way to see the whole picture.

**What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have fixed desks (not bookable), flexible desks (assigned but to be release when unused), and hot desks which are always up for grabs and can only be reserved for the day. With Archie we can manage this set up very easily.

There are sometimes issues in syncing with Google Calendar, and the process for booking a desk on a recurring schedule is not as intuitive as it could be. The scheduling options should be more visible.

I barely have to explain it to new hires. They open the app and figure it out on their own. Admins settings are complext the first time but super easy to manage once you are up and running.

**What do you like best about Archie?**

We opened a second space last year and switched to Archie at the same time. Plans, credits, billing setting and everything else can easily be managed and edited by our team. Getting used to the platform is quite straightforward, you still need to allocate some time to setting everything up correctly, but it's definitely easy to maintain.

**What do you dislike about Archie?**

The reporting part could be a deeper - more filters, more metrics tracked. You get good high-level data, but sometimes I want more granular insights.

It’s our all-in-one coworking ops platform. We use it for everything: member onboarding, billing, bookings, events, and more. Very happy abour our choice.

Archie is very intuitive for guests - people just walk in, sign in on the iPad, and they’re done in less than a minute. I also like that it automatically notifies the person they’re here to see and let the guest know they they were notified (so they don't have to ask anyone where to go)

I didn't come across any particular issue so far.

We use it for visitor check-ins which in our case is mostly for clients and partners coming into the office. Before Archie we had a system in place but it was really basic. Now it feels more professional and we’ve got a proper record of who came in and when.

The interface is nice, I’ve used other tools that were bloated and confusing, but Archie feels lightweight and fast. There are minor bugs but all key functionalities are great and my team picked it up quickly.

It would be nice to automatically save my working hours, so those are automatically selected when a desk is reserved. It would save a few seconds each time.
