
The analytics dashboard is important for us so we can see which parts of the office are being used most and when we may hit capacity in the future as we grow. The actual booking and visitor registration functionalities are good too, I'd say the platform offers a lot of flexibility and it seems easier to use than other options on the market. Custom reports have been upgraded and work well now, but were too limited when we first started with Archie. There are minor issues here and there, for instance settings there are not self-explanatory on what they do. Never came across any bug or downtime though, so that's great.
