ARC facilities filled a major gap in our ability to find the correct isolation valve in a timely manner. We now use it for all utility shut-offs and are finding more and more cases uses as time goes on. The personnel at ARC are highly competent and made the set-up (loading thousands of drawings) almost a non-event for us. I recently had the opportunity to visit the ARC facility, and my experience was quite positive. The infrastructure is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with modern amenities. Moreover, the responsiveness of the facility management team was below expectations. Concerns raised during the visit were either delayed in response or not addressed properly. My favorite tool is that you are able to click on the sheet list and go directly to the sheet you are wanting to see without having to go through all the sheets on that project. It takes some time to upload the PDF completly sometimes, and a lot of times I have to go back to the home page and try again.
