What do you like best about ARC Facilities?

ARC facilities filled a major gap in our ability to find the correct isolation valve in a timely manner. We now use it for all utility shut-offs and are finding more and more cases uses as time goes on. The personnel at ARC are highly competent and made the set-up (loading thousands of drawings) almost a non-event for us. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities?

Not having to access a plan room or a three - ring binder that hasn't been updated in years, to access mission critical information. Also, new technicians are able to have all the information they need to do their job, at their fingertips without having to consult other techs or teammates. Moreover, the responsiveness of the facility management team was below expectations. Concerns raised during the visit were either delayed in response or not addressed properly. What do you like best about ARC Facilities?

My favorite tool is that you are able to click on the sheet list and go directly to the sheet you are wanting to see without having to go through all the sheets on that project. I also like the map view because it helps when there's multiple buildings on your campus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ARC Facilities?

It takes some time to upload the PDF completly sometimes, and a lot of times I have to go back to the home page and try again. I also dislike how when you hit the back button it goes to the home page instead of going to the list you where prior to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
