The personnel at ARC are highly competent and made the set-up (loading thousands of drawings) almost a non-event for us. Our technicians have integrated this into their routine and are leading the charge to use it more. **What do you dislike about ARC Facilities?** We really do not see a downside to using ARC Facilities. However, Windows users still have complete access to the database through their website. Overall, I'm very please with the product. As for shut offs and O&M use well techs and foreman dont utilize / adopt new process or tech. Confirm O&M will utilize and get usage report or login data to verify workers are utilizing infestment. **What problems is ARC Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you?** Janitorial Contract Manager has access and uses to do take offs of fixture counts for bidding. Sending as-builts to designers for projects is much easier for Project Management team. ### 34. Our project manager was very engaged and easy to work with. The main advantage was being to access documents remotely through a smartphone. **What do you dislike about ARC Facilities?** We were a little challenged with working through a manual process to upload documents through a project manager. It would have been more efficient if the customer could upload the documents through the web-based system. **Recommendations to others considering ARC Facilities:** Develop a written protocol for managing and auditing documents quarterly. **What problems is ARC Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you?** We centralized our document management with another system that was approved enterprise wide. Therefore, we had to eliminate the ARC product that we were using at one location. ### 35.
