ARC facilities filled a major gap in our ability to find the correct isolation valve in a timely manner. We now use it for all utility shut-offs and are finding more and more cases uses as time goes on. The personnel at ARC are highly competent and made the set-up (loading thousands of drawings) almost a non-event for us.
