Managers can use reporting tools to monitor performance and analyze sales trends. The dashboard provides a 360 view of the complete sales cycle to users. ## AquaCRM Reviews ### 1. The biggest boon about this CRM is the ease of use and capability of massive data import/export and store documents. It has extensive documentation and includes interactive and essential features as SaaS software. Integration of numerous public media is also what I love about it. We can manage our calendars and set specific reminders. And also automate the marketing using email and access via phone. AquaCRM offers support via online and sales data sharing. **What do you dislike about AquaCRM?** Well, as we know, this product offers a varied amount of features. There is not much to disapprove of it. This product does lack some capability that can be useful to users. Feature such as call logging is not a part of this product. **Recommendations to others considering AquaCRM:** AquaCRM is my topmost advice for almost all users. It is straightforward to use and offers a wide range of features suitable for teams from all departments. Also, all its packages are inexpensive. **What problems is AquaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chaotic, haphazardly organized data is a massive issue for any business. This particular CRM is helpful to standardize irregular work flows. ### 2. The support offered to customers using this platform is commendable. Email marketing and automation is a plus point. Social media integration is good and seamless. The UI is simple and aesthetic. **What do you dislike about AquaCRM?** There was no free version to test this product. Mobile platforms are not yet supported. API features are missing. **Recommendations to others considering AquaCRM:** Try other CRM products before making the final decision. **What problems is AquaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to bridge the gap between customer and vendor by using this tool to make communications much easy and proactive. ### 3.
