Their consultative approach ensured that every Zoho module—CRM, Campaigns, and Desk—was implemented with precision and adaptability. Their ability to translate complex requirements into simple, actionable solutions stands out. Timely communication, post-implementation support, and commitment to quality were truly commendable.

**What do you dislike about Linz Technologies?**

While the overall engagement was successful, the documentation provided during handover could have been more detailed. A comprehensive user manual or onboarding guide for internal teams would have reduced our dependency on the support team in the early phases. A slightly more proactive knowledge transfer process would elevate their delivery experience further.
