
We discovered Massimo and Tom at Bluroot when we made the decision to purchase Zoho Plus for our new CRM database. While it was clear that Zoho was a very intuitive product, we recognized that to REALLY get our money's worth out of it, it would be a wise investment to retain some help in the form of Zoho experts that could learn about our company and business, and then help us customize Zoho to specifically address the challenges in our business and put it to its maximum potential in supporting, streamlining and growing out business. Mass and Tom came and spent a few hours with our management team, asked a lot of questions, and then essentially laid out their understanding of who we are and what we needed, and what adjustments they recommended we make to get the most out of Zoho. They submitted an estimate and a step by step schedule for the work, which was very reasonable and they met or exceeded all their deadlines. First and foremost I would say the communication and responsiveness. Trying to implement new technology can be incredibly intimidating and confusing, and they fielded a lot of calls and emails with patience and understanding. I never had to wait long...and truthfully they probably answered some questions that I should have been sending directly to Zoho...but they helped anyway, or tracked down someone at Zoho to answer my question for me. Secondly, they know their stuff inside and out. I tend to get wordy and easily tripped up but they always did a great job of helping me to focus my questions and giving me clear answers. Also, their knowledge of Zoho and experience creating so many custom databases for various businesses and service lines meant that they were able to suggest uses and customizations of Zoho we never would have thought of on our own.
