InterConnecta provides consistent and high-quality support, responding to requests in a timely manner. The challenge most companies face in customer support is the number of support requests received each day. Keeping track of customer request processing is also not easy, InterConnecta helped establish a simple way to streamline requests for resolution. When a new request comes in, it is routed to the right department, automatically and instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
InterConnecta still does not have multi-language support to be able to target many potential customers, expand connections with many other services. I hope that in the near future InterConnecta can integrate the multi-language feature as available on zoho Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
