What do you like best about Boosted CRM?

An application that provides detailed data for finding customers and customer sources. Although it has some shortcomings in managing customers, it offers nice reports on a customer basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boosted CRM?

In the part we manage after finding the customer, some channels are missing. These need to be integrated with other applications, and they must be both an extra cost and on other screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mark was our main point of contact in BoostedCRM, he did a great job communicating the steps and taking us through the whole process. The training was done on time and the integration between our Salesforce, Quickbooks and Zoho CRM was done without any interruption. We are already working on a second project together.
