Technicians are able to view work orders and updates in the field via the mobile application and thus enhancing the flow of information and timely follow up. **What do you dislike about Aptean EAM?** The reporting feature of Aptean EAM is lacking. The absence of pre-developed dashboards and customised reports restricts my capability to gain more in-depth analysis of the maintenance pattern and improvenment in cost efficiency. **What problems is Aptean EAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aptean EAM has helped us to streamline our work order mangement, optimize time and minimize paperwork, and also enhance our approach to equipment failures. The mobile app enhances the functionality of technicians, thus reducing the time that equipment takes to be fixed. ### 2. It enable convenient access and updating of records from the field. **What do you dislike about Aptean EAM?** Preparation of reports which can give information on maintenance patterns and equipment effectiveness. This lack of adequate reporting makes it hard to evaluate information and determine where we need to make changes in our maintenance program. **What problems is Aptean EAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aptean EAM has surely enhanced the way we manage our work orders. It has reduced paper work and enabling better communication with maintenance staff and hence improving the working of our system. ### 3.
