
From the time I contacted them to when I had a free trial unit running was about a week. The system was easy to install and is easy to use for the most part. Service is excellent. Anytime I have an issue I get fast response from my contact. I have a single point of contact I am able to utilize and work with, which is huge. The cost is very competitive and the fact that you do not need to get capital for a large up front expense was a major reason we decided to go with Amper. It has a lot of great reporting features. We only use the system to monitor uptime and downtime. With the new updates to use it as a scheduling tool, it has become a little more complex than I would like. I do wish they would develop an app to be able to better monitor the shop on a phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
