I cherish that the framework is anything but difficult to redo and adaptable. The Amber staff is constantly accessible and willing to help, and have helped me create the framework to work precisely how we need it to function for the one of a kind needs my retail location has. I would typically consider it a con that I need to here and there leave a phone message, yet truly, it's quicker than experiencing 20 distinct prompts before I can contact a live individual. When I do leave a message they get back to immediately. There are no voice prompts. It's either a live individual straight away or a fast get back to. Furthermore, the care staff is a little group, so you can without much of a stretch address a similar individual each time you call, and they know our record when we call, AND they know and comprehend their item, which is beyond what I can say for 90% of the innovation merchants I ordinarily need to manage!
