As a user of Ambassify, I am really impressed by this platform. What I like the most is its ease of use and the simplicity of implementation. As soon as I started using it, I found the interface very intuitive, which allowed me to get started quickly without wasting time figuring out how to do things. Everything is well-structured, making the experience pleasant and smooth.

What is really useful is the ability to easily share interesting content with the audience. Thanks to Ambassify, I can easily access resources and campaigns, allowing me to engage quickly and effectively. The platform also tracks the impact of our actions, which allows us to see concretely the impact of our contributions.

One of the other points I want to highlight is the customer support. I had a few questions at the beginning, and each time, the support team was quick and responsive, which allowed me to continue without frustration. It really gives a sense of confidence, knowing there is always a team ready to help if needed.

I use the platform for every new campaign. It is very easy to share campaigns thanks to its ease of integration.

The most helpful about Ambassify are the many forms of easy sharing important company updates on other platforms like Facebook. Topics such as safety around railway crossings, new telephone panic number, video's of nearly accidents, etc.. wich sensitize people, can easily be shared. The other upside is that you even get a reward for sharing. For me personally, the app doesn't always work smoothly. The login system can sometimes be a bit cumbersome. Also, sometimes it feels like a month goes by without any new topics.. yet the next month there's a new topic every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While this gamification aspect is not the most important element for me, it is a nice touch – especially since the points can be redeemed for Infrabel-branded items. One area where there is still some room for improvement is in the points and leaderboard system. At times, it is unclear whether points spent on rewards are deducted from your ranking or not – it seems to behave inconsistently. This dual use of points (for both redeeming and ranking) can be confusing as a user, and it would be helpful if this logic were clarified and made more transparent. I feel like Ambassify allows for a direct link between the marketing and communication teams of my company, and myself, with me being in engineering. Before joining Ambassify, I only noticed some company campaigns on social media par chance. Mostly even, I heard from ads seen by people I know in person, never having seen them myself. But I feel that the platform allows me to keep myself up to date with what's going on, and allows me to step in and share content if I feel like it would be useful for people in my network. I have been using Ambassify for almost a year now and I am using it as a Campaign Manager. I try to create new campaigns on a weekly basis. The tool is very user-friendly for our employees/ambassadors. It allows them to easily share suggested content across different networks, adjust the text if needed, and publish it instantly. The platform is available on desktop, has a mobile app, and is integrated with Teams, ensuring accessibility everywhere. Additionally, the support is excellent, with a friendly and helpful customer success manager always available. A major advantage is the ability to create multilingual campaigns, making it easier to engage a diverse audience. The tool also offers various options for campaign customization, such as multiple text and image versions, ensuring varied and dynamic content. As an Administrator, I initially faced a learning curve, but once familiar, the tool proved highly functional. The Essential package offers a strong foundation, though some features like Excel export and multishare campaigns are limited to higher-tier plans. The one-time implementation cost is an investment. there is little truly interesting content in the rewards and as a result, it's certainly not motivating enough, yet there are many solutions. I feel that the rewards are sometimes, and even very often, also linked to promoting Infrabel regardless of the medium, whereas we are mainly looking for useful things in themselves. It is an easy-to-use system to communicate new activities to a group of people, who are members of the Ambassador community in a company. The advantage of this platform is that it allows you to be informed about new developments, actions, and to share with the outside "Infrabel". With the ease of notifications giving direct access to campaigns, it also allows us to be more responsive.

The diversity of campaigns is also an asset.
