The ability to include a slider in the body of the email/campaign could be an advantage. The topics are diverse: park news, events, surveys... We also ask the members sometimes to share our news on their social media. With Ambassify, we can stay close to the real fans of both parks. We don’t have an extensive communication team behind it, so it was essential to have this full implementation automated. Ambassify also makes it possible for us to reuse and recycle the content that we have to spread as much as possible on different channels and impact more people. On a practical level, the platform is also straightforward to use and user-friendly – it really takes a couple of clicks for Ambassadors to share content, and that’s very important for us because we don’t want to make it troublesome to share our news. **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** Our program is proving itself very successful, so there are no issues with Ambassify. We would like to integrate Instagram into the platform, but we know that Instagram’s API is limited on that front. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Barco produces a lot of content used for the newsletters and the website, but that wasn’t enough for us. We wanted to find a way spread our content also outside our website and use the networks of our employees and colleagues to get the word out, distribute our content more and more and make as significant an impact as possible. That really proved to be the greatest asset for us because now, in our community, we always see ambassadors screenshotting their points on the leaderboard and talking about how they're going to catch up to one another. So it provides a win-win situation: this feature keeps up engagement and keeps everyone entertained, and we get increased awareness in return. **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** The verification aspect is already pretty solid but can always be improved. Of course, that's not always possible with the limitations of social media platforms, but it would be great if something could be figured out to eliminate manual work even more. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Ambassify, we didn't have a software implementation. Instead, we used excel spreadsheets to track our ambassadors, their points, and all that. Still, it was a lot of manual work, and we were looking for a way to make it more autonomous and efficient, so Ambassify was a considerable improvement upon that. With the platform, we were able to ask all of our ambassadors in Europe what kinds of rewards they'd like to see as Perks from Plutus, and we collected a huge amount of ideas and data. On top of that, we now have a way of adequately tracking the results of our Ambassador Programme so that we have more data-driven insights, and we can therefore increase community engagement across our core social media channels. For example, whenever we ask our community to interact with our Twitter, we've found that engagement is 2-3x higher. When you start sharing for the first time, the platform automatically asks you to connect your LinkedIn account so that in the future, you no longer have to leave the platform to share a post on LinkedIn. Super fast and convenient for our employees, it requires low effort but gives a great outcome. **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** When colleagues now share certain content on LinkedIn, it's sometimes noticeable that they all do it simultaneously. So it would be good if it was also possible for ambassadors to choose when they want to share a particular post and schedule it themselves. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our goal was to increase engagement and encourage our employees to be more involved by sharing their opinions and giving their input on different kinds of company-related content. After two weeks only, we already saw an increase in our activity on social media! This allows the advocates to be more motivated and stay active because they can interact in a lot of different ways instead of just sharing our content on their social media profiles. **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** The management of the rewards is sometimes time-consuming because there isn't an export function yet when you are handling the reward requests. Another reason why, is the fact that you can’t notify your advocates directly from the platform to keep them posted. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our goal was to get more engagement out of our employees, to get them to share their ideas and opinions with us, to participate and share in our content. Which is not only very helpful to keep content and campaigns very topical but also facilitates the buy-in as you're not spending a huge deal of time in the platform, yet the results are there. **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** They push frequent updates to their reporting and metrics dashboards, which makes for a bit of a learning experience each time. Assistance is almost immediate and should the issue require some more time to figure out, they will update you frequently. The platform itself is very intuïtive which makes it not only pleasant to work with, but fast as well. This allows us to launch campaigns in a moment's notice, right after meetings or when urgency is key. Also, the reporting really allows us to see how many people we reach through our ambassadors, which makes the brand awareness increase more tangible. We want to incentivize engagement and participation amongst our employees but it is a tricky thing to entice them to be advocates in the first place, so I wish Ambassify could help us more with that. **Recommendations to others considering Ambassify:** I love how easily we can share many different kinds of content on the platform: it is super easy to use, so all it takes is a few minutes, and it all comes to life. On top of that, the platform allows you to share different kinds of content, and not only a selected few formats. It has cool features we haven't seen anywhere else, and it's simple to use, so employees don't need training or anything; a few minutes are all it takes to get the hang of it. In general, our experience has been more than positive.
