As a user of Ambassify, I am really impressed by this platform. What I like the most is its ease of use and the simplicity of implementation. I had a few questions at the beginning, and each time, the support team was quick and responsive, which allowed me to continue without frustration. The most helpful about Ambassify are the many forms of easy sharing important company updates on other platforms like Facebook. Topics such as safety around railway crossings, new telephone panic number, video's of nearly accidents, etc.. wich sensitize people, can easily be shared. The other upside is that you even get a reward for sharing. At times, it is unclear whether points spent on rewards are deducted from your ranking or not – it seems to behave inconsistently. This dual use of points (for both redeeming and ranking) can be confusing as a user, and it would be helpful if this logic were clarified and made more transparent. I feel like Ambassify allows for a direct link between the marketing and communication teams of my company, and myself, with me being in engineering. Before joining Ambassify, I only noticed some company campaigns on social media par chance. Mostly even, I heard from ads seen by people I know in person, never having seen them myself. But I feel that the platform allows me to keep myself up to date with what's going on, and allows me to step in and share content if I feel like it would be useful for people in my network.
