Very versatile document generation product. Integrates fin with Salesforce and Sharepoint. Needs some study, advised to take some classes in their airSlate Academy Ran into a few bugs. It is a relative new product with a huge functionality, so understandable. Their support always offered us quick solution or a workaround Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because no programming is necessary, the whole team can collaborate on the solution. airSlate offers responsive customer-focused tech support. They are open to suggestions and process improvements and consider requests. I love the pre-built integrations with other products. "Dislike" isn't the right word. It took a little while to get the hang of the vocabulary and when to use which "bots" for which purposes, but airSlate Engineers were there helping each step of the way. In my role between the vendor and the business, I try to stay ahead of what the end user will ask of my business owners. The only thing I have noticed so far is that the website seems to fail when I go to team members unless I refresh. Another issue was I lost a document after uploading and inserting fields. One major benefit of airSlate is knowing our document end-users are always using the most current version of our forms. This is inherent to how the airSlate platform is designed and we find it very beneficial.

There aren't many things we dislike about airSlate. As it is a web-based application, the ability to fill out forms offline is limited. This is not an issue for us and we were able to find simple workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that the software is so simplistic to use yet so powerful. With a few clicks of a button you can create multipage/document forms which are pre-populated based on information users already supply. Dislike is the wrong phrase. I don't dislike anything.... the only thing I found CHALLENGING would be the bots mentioned above. Sometimes a few of them are worded quite similar which can cause confusion, however, it's simple enough to work out if you've used the wrong one :) and if you have changing them takes no time at all.
