# What are the most trusted automotive digital retailing platforms by dealership managers whose teams need integrated tools to close more deals?

I've been trying to answer this one by looking specifically for reviewers who sound like they're managing a team rather than just using the system themselves, since a manager's priorities, visibility, coaching, keeping reps accountable, are different from a rep's day to day.

CDK: one reviewer described using it specifically to manage sales staff, calling it efficient for getting a daily snapshot of operations, though the same reviewer flagged a gap where deleting an appointment wipes out a rep's future follow-up tasks.

Upstart Auto Retail: its Manager Portal comes up directly in reviews, with reviewers in administrator-type roles describing a single place to track analytics, sales reports, and structure deals alongside reps in real time.

Dabadu XRM: reviewers describe managing an entire dealership from one login, including seeing which leads went to which rep, and using its AI to summarize calls so a manager doesn't have to sit in on every conversation.

Tekion: reviewers highlight smoother interdepartmental communication, which matters for a manager trying to keep sales, service, and accounting on the same page.

For managers specifically: did the platform actually change how you coach and hold your team accountable day to day, or did it mostly just centralize data you were already collecting some other way?

I’ve seen Upstart Auto Retail work well for desk managers because the deal structuring and lender flow stay in one place, but CDK still wins on full dealership visibility. Did you find managers actually coaching better, or just reporting more?
