It's not really a dislike but it can be a challenge sometimes. There are knowledge articles etc. but you can do so much that it is sometimes difficult to explain what you want to achieve without speaking to someone the knows how-to. The tool provides a robust feature set that allows you to quickly get started automating your document workflows. Intuitive drag-n-drop user interface allows non-programmers to create web forms for data entry that can then be used to populate document workflows. The pdf editor is full featured and linking the data collected in the web forms to fillable fields in the pdf is a snap. Online customer support through the chat feature within the tool is excellent. The support engineers are helpful and get you answers quickly. They are also willing to jump on a screen-share to work through any questions you may have.
