It integrates well with SalesForce allowing our team to seamlessly get custom documents ready for signatures within our SalesForce record! The automation that follows is top notch, making it so that our team is not wasting time and resources uploading and saving documents after they are completed. Also, Igor has been a tremendous help! From when we first got set up to now, Igor has been able to guide us and ensure that we are using AirSlate in the best way possible to suite our needs. He has also helped us tailor a few things to fit our company needs. Great product and superb customer service! **What do you dislike about altaFlow?** I have not come across any issues or anything that I dislike at this point **What problems is altaFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some emails go to clients spam folder, however I have been assured that the AirSlate team is working to fix this :) I am confident that this will be temporary and will be fixed soon based on my past experience with AirSlate up to this point. **Official Response from Rina P.:** > Dear Michael, many thanks for for your highly positive feedback! I've been a paying customer of SignNow for years, but hadn't explored Airslate. Doing some Salesforce consulting and had to get a complex business and docs process up and running very quickly. There is a bit of a learning curve, but Support is super helpful. I worked with someone named Helen, and she was amazing and patient. The flows are easy to assemble. **What do you dislike about altaFlow?** There were many challenges for the signer and required a lot of assistance to help them through the process. There is also many fails or lags in delivery of the finished slate to emails. **What problems is altaFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** HIPPAA compliant signing of contracts.
