**What do you like best about Alpha Presales?**

It's not copy and paste training - it's a consulting project that is unique to the business, team and goals of the organization. 
Love the interactive nature of the training and the reinforcement activities for continued improvement.

**What do you dislike about Alpha Presales?**

Their custom and tailored approach means there's less 'marketing materials' for the sales process that I can share with folks internally to generate buy-in.

**Recommendations to others considering Alpha Presales:**

Trust the process. The assessments and sales interviews and things can feel heavy, but it's all serving a purpose of a truly customized training.

**What problems is Alpha Presales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They address our unique challenges, which, while common in the industry, are specific to each TEAM. What I particularly appreciate about Alpha Presales is their ability to tailor discovery training for one group of SEs and focus on storytelling training for another team. Everything is personalized and customized to fit the exact needs of each team. Additionally, they offer reinforcement training and activities, ensuring the learning is ongoing rather than just a one-time event. Altogether, these efforts lead to meaningful changes in team behavior, directly supporting their areas for growth. As a result, we see happier sales teams and stronger partnerships.

**What do you like best about Alpha Presales?**

I like that Rew has done the job and can relate our experiences to something that is real rather than academic.  There is a strong level of credibility which helps drive the buy-in from all team members.  Alpha Presales has also worked with us to ensure that the training is tailored to our needs rather than a wash-rinse-repeat training that is given to others.  The personalization down to each individual and the time taken to coach is really received well.

**What do you dislike about Alpha Presales?**

I only dislike that I have not had the ability to do this live.  This is an option, we just weren't able to get calendars aligned so that is all on us, not on Alpha Presales.

**Recommendations to others considering Alpha Presales:**

The team at Alpha Presales has become a bit of an extension of our team over the past couple years.  I suppose the best recommendation that I can give is that I'm budgeting to have year 3 in 2026.  I see direct results from the training that we have performed and it is driving increased confidence in the team which comes across in our client meetings.  Great job Alpha Presales; can't wait until we get to do it again!

**What problems is Alpha Presales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alpha Presales is helping our entire SC team think about how to uplevel their performances through storytelling, demo tactics and using better open ended questions.  Overall improvement of team performances is the goal that we are working towards with a personalized touch.
