They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **Describe the project or task Worldwide Business Research (WBR) helped with:** The company happily takes your money, but with all the disruption due to COVID they have demonstrated they do not have the consumer's interests in mind. The original offer was to pay a sum for an in-person conference and the fee charged covered 2 nights hotel accommodation. Firstly the conference was canceled - I only found this out by contacting them directly. Subsequently, I was no longer working so attending, even remotely, is no longer appropriate. Now they are failing to respond to any of my emails. Needless to say, I shall be steering well clear, and further, advise others to do the same **What do you like best about Worldwide Business Research (WBR)?** Nothing - they have been truly awful to deal with **What do you dislike about Worldwide Business Research (WBR)?** Ghosting customers is totally unacceptable **What problems is Worldwide Business Research (WBR) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was trying to gain access to industry information.
