**What do you like best about AllAnswered?**

Our overall experience with AllAnswered is great. It's incredibly easy to set it up and start adding documents using the wiki tool. Within our group, people can ask questions and get answers on processes and how-tos, etc. When you need that information later, it takes a quick search to get what you need.

**What do you dislike about AllAnswered?**

It took some time for the whole team to learn the concept and workflow that AllAnswered provides. But once they do, it works beautifully.

**What problems is AllAnswered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have documents stored in many places such as Sharepoint, network drives and local hard drives. It was always difficult finding the information you needed. Even when you could find it, you had to check with someone to see if it is still up to date. Now everything is stored and managed in AllAnswered. We know where to look and we can find information much quicker. And we know that we can trust the information we find because the content is kept up to date.

**What do you like best about AllAnswered?**

how useful the analytics are for using at work with large data sets.

**What do you dislike about AllAnswered?**

i wish there was an easier integration with SAP and other tools that are used by employees to track workflow management

**What problems is AllAnswered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow management. I'm not sure if this is necessary since people take breaks and work differenlty. Some people work heavier in the afternoon vs. mornings. It's hard to track if they were in an in-person meeting.

**What do you like best about AllAnswered?**

With AllAnswered, we have more visibility by having all the knowledge centralized into one place. It is easy to find the solutions to previous problems. 

We have the feeling that we have an internal Stack Overflow that is specific to our tool. 

We use it as Q and A, wiki and internal knowledge base.

**What do you dislike about AllAnswered?**

Since we use it a lot like an internal wiki, it is not possible to have multiple users collaborating on the same wiki page like a Google document.

**What problems is AllAnswered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AllAnswered solves those issues that we had in the past:

- More visibility
- Centralized wiki/knowledge base
- Centralized Q and A

Their support is always helpful and eager to help. The product can be used easily and is straightforward. Does what is intended.

**What do you dislike about AllAnswered?**

Source control can be improved to know what was changed between versions.

**What problems is AllAnswered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have a centralized place for everyone in the department to share their knowledge and while it is source controlled. It is so useful and easily to access any information a person would need anytime.
