Great knowledge base software for teams

Our overall experience with AllAnswered is great. It's incredibly easy to set it up and start adding documents using the wiki tool. Within our group, people can ask questions and get answers on processes and how-tos, etc. When you need that information later, it takes a quick search to get what you need.

With AllAnswered, we have enhanced the collaboration and communication inside our team!

With AllAnswered, we have more visibility by having all the knowledge centralized into one place. It is easy to find the solutions to previous problems. We have the feeling that we have an internal Stack Overflow that is specific to our tool. We use it as Q and A, wiki and internal knowledge base.
