**What do you like best about Aldelo POS?**

It has been around for what seems like forever. It was the first POS that I ever trained on, almost two decades ago! It is very basic and relatively easy to navigate, if it was organized correctly. 

**What do you dislike about Aldelo POS?**

I feel like it’s very outdated compared to what other POS are capable of. Everything from storage to personalized buttons, is a lot more time consuming and inefficient than other systems. 

**Recommendations to others considering Aldelo POS:**

Look into data storage options!

**What problems is Aldelo POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a certain “order of operations” that the POS follows. If entered incorrectly, items can be misguided by default to unintentional areas. However, if you enter it right, and make it habitual, it’s like conducting a beautiful symphony.

How easy it is to add and take off menu items as well as find the items

**What do you dislike about Aldelo POS?**

Slow, crashes. Problems with payments once it crashes made it impossible to keep customers happy while waiting so long for problems to get fixed

Crashes and can be slow

Restaurant orders. Easy to train on and trouble shoot

It's easy to understand and follow. Doesn't require much practice.

**What do you dislike about Aldelo POS?**

Doesn't offer as much statistical info. More specifics on popular guest arrival times, etc. would be nice. 

**What problems is Aldelo POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used basically as a register. Keeps track of days sales and funds well.
