**What do you like best about Aidora?**

I really like how Aidora is easy to use. I don't have to remember the steps needed for leave of absence management; the system automatically configures it based on our policies, state or city requirements, and even federal forms. Aidora also helps with keeping up with various leave laws across different states and cities, providing necessary forms and a simple tool to store all documentation in one easy-to-find place.

**What do you dislike about Aidora?**

I do think there are some very small improvements such as a unified communication portal between the employee on leave and the employer, but that is more of a feature request/improvement.

**What problems is Aidora solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aidora helps us manage leave laws across states and cities, providing necessary forms and easy documentation storage. I love its easy-to-use interface that configures leave based on our policies and legal requirements.

**What do you like best about Aidora?**

Aidora takes the pressure of leave management administration, risk, and compliance off our lean People team. As a multi-state employer, we no longer have to worry about missing state or local nuances because Aidora has us covered. It used to be a nightmare to manage coordinated payments alongside state leave pay, but Aidora now handles the calculations for us. They also integrate with our HRIS which is amazing. Access to our customer support member via Slack makes it so easy to pop on with one off questions.

**What do you dislike about Aidora?**

I do wish the employee list could be filtered by active vs. termed.

**What problems is Aidora solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Strong time management, with solid expertise in local, state, and federal leave laws. It’s also easy for employees to use, which makes the overall experience straightforward.

**What do you like best about Aidora?**

I think one of the things I like about Aidora is the pricing model we're on. We're on an easy pricing model, paying per case. Since we only have maybe one to two cases a year, it's really convenient for us. I also appreciate the customer service. Our account manager is quick to respond to our questions and stays on top of anything we need help with. I find the product itself really easy to use; it's not complicated, which makes it understanding both from an admin side and from the user side. The initial setup of Aidora was very quick, which was a plus.

**What do you dislike about Aidora?**

I'd have to say maybe integrations with payroll. I know that it is pretty complicated when an employee gets paid from the state, and let's say the company has a top-up policy. For example, the state in California pays up to eight weeks of parental leave at about 60% of their base salary, and we top up for those eight weeks so they get 100% pay. I wish Aidora would sync with our payroll system so we won't have to calculate all of that. Right now, we're handling it manually.

I use Aidora to simplify providing leave information to employees. It makes gathering and updating necessary resources easy for both admin and employees.

**What do you like best about Aidora?**

I really like the ease of use and exceptional customer service with Aidora. It saves Family Solutions time and ensures compliance while giving our staff peace of mind. The initial setup was extremely easy and only took a week to get fully implemented. We also really value that our feedback is taken and then applied to make the tool even more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Aidora?**

That we didn't get set up sooner, before we had multiple LOA's to manually handle.

Aidora saves us time, ensures compliance, and provides our staff peace of mind.
