I like the simplicity of the tool. They give you the information that you need to know about leaves all in one place and easy to digest. As an HR person, getting all the pamphlets and required disclosures can be a headache esp when they get updated often, so Aidora makes it easy for me to provide the updated versions all the time.
Another thing that I like about Aidora is their customer service. They are quick to respond to me inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that the disclosure portion would be automatically sent, instead of us having to click through and send it manually. Aidora should know what we are qualified for or not, so they should just send it on behalf of us.
