# Enable vs Vistex vs Vendavo: which one handles tiered vendor agreements and accrual tracking better for a wholesale distributor?

This exact three-way keeps coming up for wholesale distribution, so I pulled reviews on how each handles tiered agreements and accruals rather than going off feature sheets.

Enable (4.4 stars, 117 reviews): The most rebate-first of the three. Reviewers highlight vendor sign-off before an agreement goes active and SKU-level, real-time calculation, though a couple noted waterfall (tiered) rebate agreements aren't the most intuitive to input.

Vistex (4.3 stars, 64 reviews): Reviewers rely on it for rebates, accruals, chargebacks and ship-and-debit at scale, especially as an SAP bolt-on. The recurring caveat is that it's an enterprise, SAP-centric fit and implementation can be tough.

Vendavo (4.3 stars, 68 reviews): Primarily a pricing platform, and reviewers describe its Rebate Manager as niche but handy for channel partner deals. If accrual tracking is your core need, reviewers frame it more as pricing-first with rebates alongside.

And has anyone actually run tiered vendor agreements through Vendavo's rebate module?

Makes sense. These three aren't really competing for the same seat, which your close already hints at: one is rebate-first, one is an enterprise ERP-tied processor, and one is pricing-first with rebates alongside. So the honest answer depends on whether accruals are your core job or a piece of a bigger pricing or ERP picture. For a wholesale distributor whose main pain is accurate accrual before the statement, the rebate-first option fits; forcing a single winner across the three hides that they solve different problems.
