Since the launch of the deal that you mention, we have introduced a lot of new settings to improve respondents experience and to cover as many flows and use cases as possible!
We encourage all our users to play with settings for conversational forms to find the combination that would meet your expectations and need. Some settings to mention: Auto-focus, Auto-advance, hide the Go Back buttons and many more.
