TestGorilla is a leading skills-based talent discovery platform that combines sourcing, screening, and scientifically-validated assessments to reveal the complete picture of each candidate before the first interview starts. Unlike hiring tools that focus on experience and rely on assumptions, TestGorilla surfaces the best and most relevant talent, giving teams the context they need to hire smarter, faster, and more fairly. Built for modern teams, TestGorilla gives you the data and tools you need to move beyond resumes and make smarter hiring decisions based on what candidates can actually do. The platform now goes beyond assessments and offers AI-powered talent sourcing, letting you connect with over two million skills-tested job seekers ready to match your open roles. With TestGorilla, companies of all sizes, from startups to global enterprises, can create and deliver objective, science-backed skills assessments. The library includes more than 350 validated tests covering cognitive abilities, technical skills, language proficiency, software knowledge, personality, and soft skills. Each assessment is designed to be customizable, user-friendly, and accessible, with robust anti-cheating features and automated scoring. This approach enables organizations to accurately compare candidates side by side, reducing bias and increasing confidence in every hire. TestGorilla’s new Sourcing product transforms how companies find talent. Instead of sifting through piles of resumes, hiring teams can instantly search and filter a global pool of candidates who have already proven their skills. AI-powered matching makes it simple to set your criteria for skills, location, and salary. The platform then recommends candidates who are a strong fit for your role, saving you time and eliminating guesswork. You can connect directly with talent, invite them to assessments or interviews, and track their progress in one seamless experience. The primary audience for TestGorilla includes HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies who want to streamline hiring, ensure fairness, and hire with confidence. The platform supports high-volume hiring, custom assessments for specific roles, and the flexibility to scale as your team grows. TestGorilla integrates with major ATS platforms, supports 12+ languages, and is trusted by organizations across technology, staffing, education, finance, and regulated sectors. By combining objective assessments with skills-tested sourcing, TestGorilla empowers organizations to identify top talent faster and build more diverse, high-performing teams.
