"Highly Customisable to use and Simple, But Reporting Needs Improvement"

What do you like best about Agility?

Very simple system and can be adapted to work how you need, if you have in house team members who use agility all the time and can look further under the bonnet for what it can do like we have you can really open up the possibilities. What do you dislike about Agility?

I don't like the reporting for the standard agility package and the dashboard extension, it feels to limited and doesn't allow easy reports, for example can't look at data between two dates can only look at the last rolling period ( this is on the dashboard) inbuilt reports in agility it self look poor and don't give the info we require as a business. What problems is Agility solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agility has streamlined our maintenance planning by providing better visibility of upcoming work and improving scheduling efficiency. It’s also increased communication across teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on what maintenance has been completed and what’s planned next. Personally, I have used both JIRA and Agility for workflow management while developing,in my opinion, the user interface of JIRA is a little better.
