I like the fact that I can create and view the report I want right away. Also, it seems that data by medium is collected quite quickly, so I can see almost real-time data. And it's good to be able to link data directly with Google Sheet. I use Google Sheet a lot in the company, but I use it conveniently because I can import data without downloading a separate Excel file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, sometimes the data is erroneous, but the notification doesn't come up, so there are times when I have to check it by hand. In this case, it's a little cumbersome. But recently, there was no problem because the manager in charge updated the issues by media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.
