Acrobat: Trusted for documents. Now built for how work really happens. For more than 30 years, Acrobat has been the trusted name in document workflow — helping businesses create, sign, and share with confidence. As one of the leading enterprise document platforms that scales for global teams, Acrobat has evolved beyond the PDF. Now with Acrobat Studio, it has been reimagined for how modern teams work: smarter, more collaborative, and powered by AI. Acrobat Studio builds on everything professionals know from Acrobat Pro — powerful PDF editing, signing, and reviewing — and expands it into a connected workspace where teams can create, collaborate, and communicate in entirely new ways. While Acrobat Pro focuses on the PDF itself, Acrobat Studio connects the full document journey, from insight to action. With PDF Spaces, teams can bring related documents together, chat with AI Assistants that summarize content or surface key takeaways, and keep everyone aligned without endless versions or email threads. Express Premium tools make it easy to remix or reuse that same content into branded presentations, visuals, or reports — helping teams communicate ideas faster and more confidently. Security remains a constant. Acrobat follows Adobe's Secure Product Lifecycle to safeguard data at every stage, with encryption, access controls, and enterprise-grade compliance. For organizations evaluating document automation tools suitable for multi-region, multi-team deployments, Acrobat Studio delivers the scale, security, and integrations to support it. From small teams to large enterprises, it turns everyday PDFs into powerful, intelligent workspaces — helping people move ideas forward and communicate with greater clarity and impact.

"Convenient All-in-One PDF Management with Adobe Acrobat"

5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What I like best about Adobe Acrobat is how convenient it is for managing PDF documents in one place. I regularly use it to view, edit, convert, combine, and organize PDFs, and features like annotations, highlighting, and electronic signatures make document work much easier. The interface is familiar and straightforward, and it saves time compared with using separate tools for different PDF tasks. Adobe Acrobat works well with the other tools I use, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive. I can easily convert Word and Excel files into PDFs, make edits or add comments in Acrobat, and then store or share the finalized documents through Google Drive. This keeps the document workflow connected and reduces the need to switch between different applications for basic PDF tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

One thing I find less convenient is that some advanced features can feel a little complex, especially when editing or organizing larger PDF documents. The application can also feel resource-heavy when working with multiple large files at the same time. I’d like to see a simpler workflow for advanced editing, faster performance with large PDFs, and more features available without requiring additional subscriptions or upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using Adobe Acrobat, we often had to rely on several different tools to edit, convert, sign, and organize PDF documents, which made our workflow slower and less convenient. Acrobat brings all of these tasks into a single application and handles everyday documents reliably, including larger PDFs with many pages and annotations. As a result, we spend less time switching between programs, and our document processing feels more streamlined and efficient. It also offers good value, since one tool can cover several common PDF needs instead of requiring separate software for each task. Overall, Adobe Acrobat has simplified our document workflow, improved productivity, and reduced unnecessary tool switching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving E‑Sign and Reliable File Conversion PDF Viewer"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

The best feature for me personally is the E-sign, which saves me tons of time and hassle of going on the web searching for tools.

Secondly, file conversion is very reliable and never ruins the integrity of documents, which saves me a lot of anxiety with a lot of important work documents.

Thirdly, it is simply a very reliable document/PDF viewer that i ue to pen multiple documents and even books at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

It can slow down and lag a lot when you have a larger document open and the whole interface freezes and exiting becomes a nightmare.

Seconldy, a lot of features are hidden and aren't in plain sight, you need to know where they are to be able to use them.

Thirdly, a lot of features that one would consider basic are secured behind a pay wall. I do not want to pay for a basic file conversion no matter how good the result is, i would rather use a free web tool found online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem is a reliable document viewer that can also serve editing features and signing. It brings a lot of different features in one place. This saves me a lot of time and the hassle of uploading the same pdf in multiple places

A lot of times i also find myself researching with large documents and books and the Ai feature genuinely helps me loads with quick summaries when i dont want to use a seperate LLM where i would have to upload the PDF separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Acrobat Has Made My Day-to-Day Content Work Easier"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I use Adobe Acrobat quite often when working on content projects, especially when brands send campaign briefs, product details, invoices, or other information as PDFs. In my day-to-day work, I often need to quickly check a document, highlight something important, add a note, or make a small correction before sending it back. Being able to do those things directly in Acrobat is convenient because I don't have to convert the file or open another application just to make a minor change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

One thing I find slightly frustrating is that Acrobat has so many tools that simple tasks can sometimes take a few extra clicks. When I'm working quickly and only need to edit or check one part of a PDF, the number of available options can feel a little overwhelming. The subscription cost is also something I consider, particularly when I don't need the advanced features for every project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

In actual day-to-day use, Acrobat saves me time when handling project documents. For example, when I receive a brand brief with several pages, I can quickly highlight the requirements I need to remember, add notes, remove unnecessary pages, and combine related documents before keeping them with the project files. I also use it when checking invoices and other final documents before sharing them. These are small tasks individually, but having them handled in one place makes the overall content workflow much smoother and more organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely Easy PDF Editing and Signing with Seamless Chrome Integration"

5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I'm not a super advanced user. I use it mostly for reading and editing PDF documents. What I like most is how easily I can edit the PDFs. I can add images, sign documents, or edit PDFs without having all the fonts; the UI is extremely easy to use. Merging PDFs and deleting pages are also very easy. Create forms features is something I used a couple of times and is intiutive and easy to use. The plugins for Chrome are perfectly integrated, you can use the tool inside the problem without degrading performance. The price is something I'm not sure about, I pay the subscript month by month, but sometimes I trun it off because I don't use it, is not a mandatory tool in my day to day so paying every month sometimes feels like money not well invested Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

There is nothing I dislike; the price is the only thing I consider a problem. Paying for a tool that you don't use is not smart; I think lower prices make more sense. Or a one-time payment for the most basic features would be something good to have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reading and editing PDF documents is easy, fast, with awesome UX, and integrated into my OS and browser. No support required because the tool simply does what it promises Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Useful for Managing Brand Collaboration PDFs"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

As a content creator, I use Adobe Acrobat regularly when working with brands and agencies. I often receive campaign briefs, contracts, invoices, media kits, product specifications, and other collaboration documents as PDFs. With Acrobat, I can quickly review the details, highlight key sections, add comments, fill out forms, and sign documents when needed. The search feature is also really helpful when I need to locate payment terms, campaign dates, deliverables, or other specific information in a longer PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Some of the more advanced features are only available with a paid plan, which can feel a bit expensive for individual creators. Also, larger PDFs may take a while to load or process, especially when they include a lot of images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes my brand collaboration workflow much easier because I can handle most PDF related tasks in one place. I use it to review contracts before accepting campaigns, check invoices, add notes to campaign briefs, sign documents, convert PDFs when edits are needed, and keep important brand files organized. Overall, it saves me time and helps me manage professional documents smoothly without constantly switching between different applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rock-Solid PDF Formatting That Saves Time Across Devices"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

One thing I still prefer about PDFs is that they always look the way I intended. I create worksheets, guides and checklists for my students, and I don't have to worry about fonts shifting, layouts breaking or someone opening the file on a different device. I can send it once and be confident everyone sees exactly the same thing. It sounds simple, but that reliability saves a surprising amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

I wish editing existing PDFs felt a little more natural. Small changes are easy enough, but when I need to make several edits, I sometimes find myself going back to the original document instead of updating the PDF directly. It's not a dealbreaker, just something that could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

I share a lot of learning materials with my students, including workbooks, templates and checklists. Before, I sometimes had people telling me that the formatting looked different depending on what they opened the file with. Since I started sending everything as PDFs, that problem has basically disappeared. I spend less time answering formatting questions and more time focusing on the actual learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent All-in-One PDF Editing, e-Signatures, and Collaboration"

5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat is an excellent PDF solution. I especially like its PDF editing, e-signature, and document organization features. It also makes it easy to highlight text, add comments, compare versions, annotate documents, and collect feedback all in one place. Integration with cloud storage further improves the experience, making it a strong option for both individual and team workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Although Adobe Acrobat has many useful features and can feel like a single solution for multiple problems, one drawback is its pricing model. Many of the most useful features require a paid subscription. Even if a user only wants access to a few specific features, they still need to buy the full subscription, which isn’t feasible in most cases. It’s also a bit more resource-intensive; while that’s expected from a powerful tool, it can sometimes make PDFs slow to open, and editing large PDFs can become sluggish. Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but it can be expensive and heavier than some alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat simplifies the process of reviewing, editing, and sharing PDF documents in a single platform. It helps me annotate files and documents, add comments, request signatures, and collaborate with others without changing the document formatting, which saves a lot of time. In a business use case where we constantly require e-signatures, Adobe Acrobat is very useful for signing documents and handling signature requests. Overall, it makes the workflow more efficient and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Feature-Rich PDF Tool for Viewing, Editing, and E-Signatures"

5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

First of all, I’ve been using Adobe Acrobat for the past 24 months, and the experience and features I get from it are things I haven’t found in any other app or software. It’s especially helpful for college assignments, since I can create and edit documents and do many more things in one place. The PDF viewing experience is smooth, and features like e-signature and form filling are very convenient.

Overall, Adobe Acrobat is one of the most reliable and feature-rich PDF tools available. It’s ideal for students, professionals, or anyone who frequently works with documents. If you don’t mind the subscription cost, it’s absolutely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Be honest but constructive: the subscription can feel expensive, and some features are advanced and take time to learn. I also notice occasional performance lag when working with large files.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you? For my use case, it’s frustrating that we can’t download a single page from a PDF, and large-size files tend to lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat helps reduce document friction by addressing fragmentation, slow paper-based signing, and rigid file formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable PDF Tool for Everyday Use"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What I like most about Adobe Acrobat is its ease of use and comprehensive PDF editing features. It allows me to create, edit, convert, merge, compress, and sign PDF documents in one place. The interface is intuitive, the file quality remains high after editing, and the cloud integration makes it easy to access and share documents across devices. Overall, it saves time, improves productivity, and is reliable for both academic and professional work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

One thing I don't like about Adobe Acrobat is that many of its useful features are locked behind a paid subscription, which can be expensive if you only need them occasionally. The application can also feel a bit heavy and slow when opening large PDF files, especially on older computers. Sometimes the interface has so many tools that it takes a while to find the option I need. While it's a powerful PDF editor, I wish the free version included more editing features and that the software ran a little faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat helps me manage documents more efficiently by keeping all my PDF-related tasks in one place. Instead of using different tools to edit, convert, merge, sign, or share files, I can do everything within a single application. This saves time, reduces errors, and makes collaboration much easier. It is especially useful for handling academic reports, project documentation, and forms because it preserves formatting across different devices and operating systems. Overall, it simplifies document management and helps me complete my work more quickly and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Acrobat: Reliable, Powerful PDF Editing That Saves Time"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat remains the gold standard for PDF management. What I like best is its overall reliability and powerful editing tools. Being able to directly edit text and images, reorder pages, and convert files between PDF, Word, and Excel without losing formatting saves a tremendous amount of time. The integrated Fill & Sign feature also makes managing contracts and forms effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

The recurring subscription model is quite expensive, especially for individual users or small teams who only need basic PDF editing occasionally. There are fewer low-cost perpetual license options, making long-term licensing feel overpriced compared to lighter alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Converting legacy paper files and non-editable scanned documents into usable digital files was a major bottleneck. Acrobat’s Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature instantly turns scanned PDFs into searchable, editable text. This eliminated manual data entry, improved overall searchability across our files, and made moving to a paperless workflow seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
