**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like how easy it is to get ramped up as a new user with Acumatica, and I appreciate the ability to expand its uses as my skills increase. As a new user, I was able to get the feel of the system quickly, and I know there is a lot of functionality to take advantage of.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the speed of some of the screens takes a long time to load and getting able to multi-task quickly.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for AP/AR, order tracking, and fulfillment. It's easy to get started as a new user and expand functionality as my skills grow.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I use Acumatica for accounting and it has been very helpful in solving many problems we had before. I like that the AR process is easier and more efficient, and everything is in one spot. I particularly enjoy the CRM, which keeps innovating and has a lot of valuable features. The 'Opportunities' feature in CRM is helpful because it tracks everything from start to finish, and I can look things up if needed.

I use Acumatica for accounting. It makes the AR process easier and more efficient by tracking everything from start to finish. CRM features like Opportunities help manage tasks seamlessly.

I like how intuitive Acumatica is to navigate and how simple it is to implement into daily processes. It provides a very efficient way to connect with customers regarding anything from sales opportunities to billing. Receiving the payments is smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Interfacing with Acumatica payments can be a little confusing on first go if you have used a different payment processor previously. Our navigation panes were still covered with menus for the previous processor and not compatible with Acumatica payments.

Acumatica efficiently connects me with customers for sales opportunities and billing. It's intuitive to navigate and simple to integrate into daily processes.

I use Acumatica to handle our day-to-day processes and it simplifies complex customer pricing for our customer service team. I like how easy it is to integrate with third-party add-ons. They're really good at customizing the system to work for any use case.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

No way to tell if someone is working on the same screen as you. If two people are working on the screen and one saves, it will delete all the work the other one was doing on that screen.

I use Acumatica to handle day-to-day processes, simplify complex customer pricing for my service team, and support reporting and decision-making.

I love how customer-focused Acumatica is and how it helps our team communicate better and work better together. It's really user-friendly and puts all our information into one place. I really value the CRM, the production order maintenance, and approval capabilities, which are essential for our manufacturing, accounting, and sales processes.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I don't like the ability to do different types of invoicing from other sections other than projects. I also think it needs to add more proforma or billing options to our customers.

I like the interface and simplicity of use. Seeing how shipping integration works has been very useful. It's also going to help us scale our operations by importing large catalogs, managing complex customer groups and pricing, and integrating directly with our BigCommerce website.

I think it could be a little bit less 'boxy' in the GUI interface. I don't find the navigation totally intuitive. Improved stylization out of the box would be helpful

I use Acumatica as the central source for advanced reporting, pricing tools, replacing QuickBooks, integrating shipping, managing large catalogs, and scaling operations with complex customer groups and pricing.

I really appreciate Acumatica for its real-time labor and equipment costing capabilities. The Daily Field report function is a standout feature for me, as it allows our field supervisors to input data, making it immediately available to me. This streamlined process helps in managing our operations more effectively.

I want the app to have a full interface for field personnel. The initial setup was slow and painful, dealing with customizations and importing historical data.

I don't like how writing reports in Acumatica can be challenging, especially when it comes to creating financial statements or other reports that are specific to our company. Also, the initial setup took a lot of work.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that I can customize Acumatica and find any data I want through generic inquiries. I also appreciate being able to find key quality points like attributes, which means I can centralize all of my data in one place without needing outside processing.

It could be more user-friendly on the manufacturing side. The people on the shop floor find it difficult to complete production orders frequently.

I use Acumatica for costing inventory management and production workflow. It helps me centralize all my data without outside processing and allows me to customize and find any data I need through generic inquiries.

I like the clear and easy UI as well as the ability to integrate with many pieces of software. The UI is a huge upgrade from our previous ERP and will help our employees engage on the platform more. The availability to integrate will fix manual double data entry and human error.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I am looking for more functionality for project financial reports to be available in the manufacturing module.

I hope Acumatica will solve data interconnectedness issues and enhance visibility. Its easy UI and integration capabilities are a big upgrade, reducing manual double data entry and errors, while increasing employee engagement.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the way orders are linked together in Acumatica, from sales order to purchase order, to receipt, to shipment, and finally to invoice. This feature really saves me time and helps with organization.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I think the stock item database could be more searchable, and it would be helpful to use alternate IDs to create lines in sales orders and purchase orders. Also, the initial setup was okay, but it could have been better, especially in terms of importing good data.

I use Acumatica for ordering, creating shipments, and invoicing, which saves me time and improves organization through linking orders efficiently.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I love the potential that Acumatica has, especially the possibilities for customization. It's great because we have a lot of invisible rules and exceptions, so we can change it as we go, as our needs grow.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I haven't properly been trained nor know anything about the way it was implemented. There are no quick links for the help. I have a lot of interface issues. Our VAR is really slow on deploying updates. It's hard to get a feel of where we can improve on setting up Acumatica.

Acumatica standardizes tasks, compiles information, and provides data to the accounting department.

I like Acumatica's low/no code feature, which makes it relatively straightforward for setting up when I need to create GI and dashboards. I love that there's the Acumatica community forum where I can look up resources and solutions.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the UI look and feel could be improved, but it doesn't affect the functionalities. I wish there were more resources and documentation, similar to what some other ERP software like SAP and PowerBI offer. There's a bit of a learning curve with the initial setup.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica reduces errors in our lot/serial/warehouse process tracking and helps with report and data visualization.

I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the ability to double-check and correct entries. I appreciate being able to look things up in Account Details and easily move anything that shouldn't be there. Having more accurate and timely financials is something I value.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I don't like having to use other integrations to get better reporting. The initial setup of Acumatica was awful because the implementation team wasn't listening to our needs.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica makes my financials more accurate and timely, and it's easy to use. I can double-check and correct entries easily by looking things up in Account Details.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like how Acumatica brings our very different worlds of sales and manufacturing together in one system. I appreciate the accessibility of both the product in general and actionable data for our users. It's great that our people can see at a moment's notice what the status of sales orders is, whether it comes to fulfillment by inventory content or make-to-order manufacturing production orders.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Allocation needs to have a location as well as a warehouse. It sometimes pulls from the wrong location on allocation of items that have stock in multiple locations. It exists in shipping but that is too late to hit before pick. The initial setup of Acumatica was difficult and took longer than anticipated.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica unifies our sales and manufacturing systems, provides quick access to sales order status, and enhances user accessibility and data actionability.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica helped us solve our shipping bottlenecks and issues with maximum user counts. I find Acumatica WMS incredibly valuable as it helped increase our shipping throughput and streamline workflows for Receiving, Outbound, Returns, Transfers, and Counting. I also appreciate the support team at Acumatica who helped us get up and running smoothly and as fast as they possibly could.

I feel like the user permissions could use an overhaul, maybe better defined preconfigured sets.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica solved our shipping bottlenecks and user count issues, and it increased shipping throughput, streamlining workflows for receiving, outbound, returns, transfers, and counting.

I like using Acumatica as the source of truth for our finance, inventory, and manufacturing processes. It ensures accurate data and allows us easy access to review, approve, and audit financial transactions. I appreciate the investment in future improvements and the ease of updates.

Support cases that make it to Acumatica seem to take longer than I would like. I wish for quicker resolution when our VAR can't solve the issues.

I appreciate Acumatica for its data collection and integration capabilities. The ability to get live data is particularly beneficial for us.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The data that we brought over at go live isn't good. We didn't map data well and didn’t populate important fields. New users need to get good guidance from their partner and only bring in data that's been reviewed. Based on where we are today, nearly 3 years later, the initial setup of Acumatica was not well.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica's manufacturing edition for inventory management and scheduling. I like its data collection and integration abilities, especially getting live data.

I like the ability for custom integration in Acumatica. I also enjoy its reporting capabilities and how it transfers information and orders to our warehouse.

We're still stuck on 29hrs application shutdown or reboot. This is a huge impact on our operations. We were told that Acumatica PCS model required to reboot every 29hrs ish and there is no workaround. To this effect, application does reboots every 29/27hrs.

Acumatica helps with sales, accounting, and quotes, handling distribution and accounting for my company. I like its ability for custom integration, and it facilitates reporting and order transfers to our warehouse.

I love that Acumatica is customizable by user and company. It easily allows us to keep our sales and expenses separated by project to run margins based on customers and regions. Acumatica makes inventory easy for accountants, especially with inventory in different locations over many states.

The only struggle we have is that subaccounts are chart of accounts wide instead of having different subaccounts only for specific accounts, but we have worked around that.

I am currently using Acumatica for the Accounts Payable module to the full extent, from PO to receiving invoices from suppliers. Additionally, I am using the project costing feature, which is quite helpful for taking reports for each project that I utilize for invoicing customers.

We haven't fully implemented the construction module yet, which needs to be done. Also, until we utilize Acumatica to its fullest extent, it's hard for me to recommend it to others.

I really like Acumatica's Modern UI and the ease of use to create GIs. The software houses all of our data in one place with easy search functions, which I find incredibly convenient. I'm excited about how the Modern UI will allow minimizing the screens and tabs my team needs to look at, ultimately improving our efficiency.

There is a lot of information and a lot of tabs to look through, making it really hard to train new hires on what they need to look at. In addition, the Production Order module is very manual and requires a lot of specific buttons to be pressed.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the intercompany component in Acumatica. It allows me to bill one company, pay from another, and make an intercompany IOU. This functionality is particularly valuable for our construction company.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I need to move away from manual entry. Importing bills and account payable, as well as timekeeping for payroll, could be improved. The initial setup was very hard.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica to input bills, pay invoices, process payroll, and some reporting. It effectively cost codes payroll and supports intercompany transactions, allowing me to bill one company, pay from another, and manage interco IOUs.

The pricing model suits our low volume, high dollar business model well. Plus, the direct support from Acumatica makes assistance quick and easy because we don't have a VAR involved.

The upgrade process with many customizations can be difficult to keep up with. Workflow control and field visibility could be simpler. Sometimes users complain about how much is on the screen.

I appreciate Acumatica for its reporting capabilities and eliminating redundancy, which has increased my efficiency and provided better financial data. Using Velixo with Acumatica allows me to deliver accurate commentary as all our financials are integrated, helping me extract numbers seamlessly from Acumatica.

I don't like the amount of customization needed out of the box for AP, projects, and AR. It would be better with increased AI and no code/low code solutions.

The WMS could be improved. It is ok, but doesn't help nearly as much as other specialized programs do. The initial setup was very difficult.

The ability to handle sales with a 3PL model is lacking, as we sell and bring inventory back in as consignment. The PO to invoice model is too rigid. The initial setup of Acumatica was not easy.

I like Acumatica for its modular customization, which includes low code/no code customizations. I also find GI customizations helpful for creating custom reports. The benefits of being cloud-based played a significant role in our decision to switch.

I find financial period reporting and project-level balance sheet reporting challenging. Report writing seems to require a VAR, which is a hassle. The initial setup was messy, and it created many errors in data integrity and duplication of data. Module setup and configuration weren't well advised.

There's nothing I find lacking; it's what you put into it. If we can think of a logical way, the possibilities are limitless. Additionally, we've been able to integrate it with our payroll service provider, ramp, and CRMs.
