In the past we were using a very labor-intensive process using Mircosoft products and a very difficult task assignment and management. I really like the Gantt chart layout, which gives us a year-long at-a-glance calendar of deadlines and project overlap. Implementation was good and it seems like they are working on a lot of upgrades, but those have not been released yet. Customer support has been good, but a lot of what we need is in process for the future. **What do you dislike about AchieveIt?** No way to export data that you may need, very hard to alter the microsteps in the project. Cannot take out or add a step without a lot of work getting. Every department has different start dates and often some objections require annual updates instead of quarterly. This application has completely changed the way we manage our projects. The automation feature is great, it saves me so much time in not having to manually update. I used to spend hours arranging and updating the status of projects, but with AchieveIt most of this work is automated. However, I especially like the notification system; it makes sure that I always stay on top of important updates and never miss a key meeting. The way it keeps our team up to speed on project progress is simply astonishing. **What do you dislike about AchieveIt?** On the other hand, AchieveIt has a few things that could be better. Occasionally the functionality is a bit lacking, for instance when it comes to adding custom items to our project list. An example would be a larger date field and the ability to create custom reports. **What problems is AchieveIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that AchieveIt solves are basically efficiency and communication. As an accountant, I gotta tell ya, this thing is clutch for organizing everything I gotta get done daily and tracking my goals. The checklists are so money for keeping my work structured, which I really need with all the crap I juggle and i'm digging the monthly progress updates too - it's perfect for scoping what Ive finished and what's still on my plate down the line. Huge difference in how I manage my own responsibilities now. Tracking stuff in AchieveIt has just made my workflow a lot smoother. **What do you dislike about AchieveIt?** I'd say the main drawback is it can be tricky getting the team all on the same page issue-wise or with giving feedback in a timely way.
