**What do you like best about Accord eHR?**

Accord eHR has record of the employees information in a database and more so, the information is safe from tampering with any unauthorized access. In addition, the customer service is also always available  and thus help resolve any concerns from the employees fast and at any moment.

**What do you dislike about Accord eHR?**

Besides all the benefits, one shortcoming is the internet connections that is poor at times. Other than that accord eHR is greatly beneficial.

**Recommendations to others considering Accord eHR:**

Personally I would recommend accord eHR to other organizations because it is cost effective. It also helps one achieve optimum levels of human resource management giving you full control of the human resource aspects by keeping record of the organization and employees data.

**What problems is Accord eHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the administrative burden of the human resource department. It also improves communication among employees or even between employees and manager and thus builds a better workforce.
