I've been using Ability Map for my coaching clients when dealing with team and organizational issues. Unlike other "assessment tools", Ability Map is like the "verb" description of an individual's real capabilites. Others will describe personality traits and such, and while that can be helpful, rarely do these assessments effectively translate into how capable an individual actually is. I also use the tool to help coach individuals who are in leadership roles and may be aren't the most ideal fit. We leverage the stronger capabilities of the individual to offset and support their weaker ones. I like to describe the tool as helping my clients ensure all the right people are sitting in the right seats of the bus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the "instant results" when completing the imprint would provide more details around the resulting top 8 capabililies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
