It's very unstable. It doesn't work half of the time. Many times I have to check back later to see if I can upload my statements. This last two weeks it hasn't worked at all. I had to manually send statements for five skilled nursing facilities. I sat all day on Saturday folding and stuffing envelopes. I then went to one of our facilities on Sunday and put postage on them, which ran the machine out of postage. My statements went out almost two weeks late. I've requested help on this multiple times and noone from Inovalon has gotten back to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
