I really like both the look and feel of the platform and all the functionalities it offers. Everything is organized in a very intuitive way, so I can easily find and access exactly what I need without wasting time searching for it. I also love how easy it is to organize questions using the drag-and-drop feature. Being able to save templates is another big plus, as it saves me a lot of time and means I don’t have to create the same form over and over again. **What do you dislike about A-Char?** There isn’t anything in particular that I explicitly dislike about A-Char. I think the platform still has room to grow and develop, but the team behind it is great, and I’m confident they’ll continue improving it and achieve amazing results. **What problems is A-Char solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest challenge for our company was the semi-annual feedback process, and A-Char solved it right away. It made the whole process much easier to organize, manage, and navigate, saving us a lot of time and making the experience smoother for everyone involved. ### 2.
