Whenever we've had issues, the team usually had the problem solved within a day. **What do you dislike about Track-POD?** It's difficult to find something we dislike about Track-POD, but there are two things that I wish were different. 1) It would be awesome if the updated ETA's on the tracking link was available as a feature on the advanced plan - especially because we were on the advanced plan prior to the advanced plus plan being created. 2) Although there is an integration directly for our e-commerce platform, we've had to hire a private developer to get Track-POD working with our e-commerce platform in the way we want. Route planner and Delivery Driver. Our clients are pleased that they can track us live during delivery. I am personally very satisfied with customer support. When I realized that Track-POD could be connected with such programs as Shopify and Google sheets, then I tried to connect it straight after. Stan from CS team was able to answer every single question in a very short period of time.
