I love being able to add all the details of a sales visit and the notes feature is the key for my success! This allows me to talk text into the notes section and save time while approaching my next merchant.

Sometimes I do have a lag when I updated my leads but I do find that this occurs when I'm in a bad internet area. Once I get in a better area or it gets a slight bit stronger it catches right up.

Their customer success team is not helpful when it comes to renewal. They hide things in their contract and try to take money from you, making them untrustworthy. They also do not help much after rollout. The software is too corporately structured by an investment firm. I love that SPOTIO is the best CRM I've ever used due to its ease of use and seamless interface.
