SpectrumVoIP provides a cloud-hosted VoIP phone system designed for businesses that need a full-featured, reliable communication platform without managing on-premise hardware. Every plan includes more than 100 standard features: unlimited local and long-distance calling, unlimited auto attendants and call queues, call recording, ring groups, skills-based routing, hot desking, voicemail to email, real-time queue statistics, presence monitoring, and CRM integration with click-to-call and call popping. There are no feature tiers. Everything is included at a flat monthly rate per user. Users can make and receive calls from a desk phone, the StratusHUB desktop softphone application, or the mobile app for iOS and Android. The system is managed through a web-based admin portal that handles call routing, user setup, reporting, and scheduling without requiring technical expertise. Every customer is assigned a dedicated installer and project manager. Onboarding includes number porting, hardware setup, call flow configuration, and unlimited training.
