# Is Teamwork.com actually worth it for Google Workspace project management in teams that need to keep communication and task updates in a single inbox?

Based on what reviewers actually report, most haven't found a setting that fully solves this yet, more request it than describe using it successfully. I've noticed that gap directly in reviews: a marketing consultant using Teamwork.com specifically said they wished there were more customization options for notifications, both automated and manual, and a separate project manager called the notification function confusing to use. So the honest answer is that granular notification control is still a gap reviewers are asking for, not a feature people have found working.
