Ability to add activities is seemless; easy to find and easy to populate.  Running simple reports is also very easy and quick.

No ability to search for customers via account number.  This makes it especially difficult when there are customers nationwide with the same name.

**Recommendations to others considering Map My Customers:**

Its as good as the inforation you upload into it.  If that information is faulty they MMC cannot improve it.

Easy to determine which "pockets" of territory have a concentrated customer base or no customer base at all.

When I add a note as an activity, the screen doesn't scroll down when I'm typing, so I am typing blindly and hope when i pull the screen down I don't have to edit what I already typed.

There are still some kinks to be worked out in the more simple functions that hinder overall use i.e. the search bar will pull way too many records even if the words used are pinpoint specific.

It was a little cumbersome to input and gathering the data. There were some hiccups with the mobile app that were rectified. Prompting would help for inputting notes.

I have used many different CRM platforms and none have made it easier than MMC to import customer lists. The routing function of the platform is very straightforward as well. By far the best App in terms of CRM services and real time updates between web and app make things run very smooth. The ability to have sales leads show up is also a big bonus.

Our company does a lot of work with Canada's largest grocery banners (Loblaws, Sobeys, Costco etc.). MMC needs to incorporate a way for these to be shown as pins by banner and/or store name instead of company name.

Sales leads, tracking deals, routing sales reps, customer visibility.

I like the routing aspect of the app. You can select specific pins in a region, have a start and end location, and build a route that limits windshield time.

I do not like how hard it is to upload an account list in bulk. NOTE: this is due to my company settings not Map My Customers.

I recommend uploading your accounts with as much info as possible.

I am working with Map My Customers to show pins within a territory. 

I really like the color options for pins. I can sort pins depending on type, payment terms, etc.

I like that I am able to plan my days in advance and organize all of my notes in one central location.  The lasso feature is helpful when I'm trying to make the most of my day in a given area and I want to find a couple quick stops I can make on my way to the next meeting.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

The mobile app has undergone many changes that I believe were intended to be for the better, but it has created a lot of headache trying to learn the new system.  There are several glitches from time to time that discourage me from using the app in the field so I prefer to take notes and manually input at end of my day.

**Recommendations to others considering Map My Customers:**

Take advantage of the customer support team whenever you are feeling frustrated.  I have found that they are always happy to help and relatively quick to respond.

It is helpful in that it enables me to visualize what opportunities are around me, and sometimes even though I haven't planned on visiting a place that day the map can bring to my attention accounts that are close by that I haven't touched in awhile in some cases.

**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

Huge fan of the tool and have personally recommended to multiple friends and colleagues. As someone who has a large territory to cover and lots of customers within that territory, this tool saves me a ton of time and money. I was burning many hours trying to manually map out and think through where I was going and who I was seeing. With MMC, things are different.

Easy integration with HubSpot. I manually uploaded because I just have the starter version, but it was very simple and worked well. As I understand it, the premier version allows you to have it sync automatically. 

Great tool that's become a key piece in my sales tool portfolio.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

Only complaint would be the inability (at least for me) to see the projected stop times at a different time other than the present. For example, if I have a route I want to look at, I'll see the ETA at each of my stops from now. I'd like to be able to set my start time. I'd also like it to automatically add in my final destination.

**Recommendations to others considering Map My Customers:**

The investment cost is so low that I can't think of a reason not to give it a shot. Having customers visual location shown is just such a gamechanger. If you travel, you need Map My Customers.

**What problems is Map My Customers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a solution that would allow me to efficiently map across cities and states. I was spending hours doing that before.  Now I can better focus on the interactions with my customers instead of how and when I'm expecting to get there.

The map feature is great being able to see a visual representation of all your accounts, and having the ability to color code them however you like.

There have been a lot of changes lately, can be tricky to keep up to date with how everything works.

Understand it will take some work up front to upload all your account info.  This can be a pain, but once it's done it's done and will be totally worth the benefit.

Exceptional customer service!!! Once information is initially entered, subsequent data entry is pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

The monthly fee is high in my opinion.  $60.00/month for monthly billing; $10 extra dollars per month vs paying $600/year.

All contact/activities are all under the account, and very easy to retrieve that information.

The Mapping and optimizing tool is fabulous. It is the reason I got this CRM against all the others out there.

I do like that people has no been added as in my work, people continuously transfer and move around.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

Before all the upgrades, the App was a super easy, visual mapping app that saved time and optimized my route. With over 450 leads and accounts, I am lucky to only focus directly on the Company level for win or loss.  I loved the fact I was able to simply change the company stage, pin colour and enter notes at the company level and when I would get home, a report of all my visits would wait for me.  I use to print out my notes and then e-mail accordingly. Simplicity was key to me.

 In the last year, upgrades have happened that now 3 maps are created instead of 1. Visually, your information is represented as a pin on a map. Each map, you can change the colour of the pins.
The 3 maps are : Company - People and Deals. This was what I wanted to avoid in a CRM.  Being on the road 6-7 hours a day, I miss the simplicity of the app of only having one map to quickly visualize my visits for the day and prioritizing by stage. 

The Companies and People maps have been striped of stages and sale funnel capability. This creates an extra step as you can only create routes from this level but the Deals now contain your stage and progress (Sales funnel). BUT, you cannot create a route from deals, meaning, the changes and notes you put in your companies does not change in the deal and vice versa. So if you work on adding notes in a deal, you have to enter some of it twice into the company thereafter. Because what the point of logging on pins where your hot accounts are and not even being able to use that to create a route. 

In short, I loved the program at it's simplest. The upgrades seem to be getting further from the original idea of a mapping software for your leads which is disappointing.

**Recommendations to others considering Map My Customers:**

Great to visually see your accounts. Needs a little work with all the new upgrades as it's getting more complicated and a lot of the features are obligatory to use even though you don't need it. Makes me take a few more steps during the day. 

Would love the ability to make routes from deals or just remove that option to keep it simple or ability that the three categories communicate better together to update your info between them. It's becoming very similar to most CRMs which is disappointing because it's best asset was the map capability and simplicity. The upgrades are furthering from this awesome feature by adding many fields to fill out, extra steps to make sure the categories are all updated the same, and it's just more work.

Being on the road 6-7 hours a day, I love that if I need to go to the other end of town for a meeting I can optimize my day by visiting all the accounts on my way for follow ups or just customer service. It really optimizes my day rather than wasting time travelling from one end to the other of the city.

I love how easy it is to look up a customer right after you get done with a meeting and immediately be able to put in activities and notes on the conversation. The App aspect is really able to make this easier especially on the go.

Adding a customer in can be time consuming and there are a lot of fields.

If you are looking for a CRM that is mobile this is the best one that I have used.

I like the fact that all of the customers are located on one map and are easy to locate with a tap of the screen. This gives the salesman the ability to quickly plan a route for the day to work more efficiently. The fact that the salesman is able to be as detailed as possible with in the account tab helps them manage and grow the account to the best of their ability.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

The new platform went away from some of the reports that we used on a daily basis. We have tried to recreate them but to this point we are unable to do it. The reports are not pulling all of the data.  The other issue we are having are the bugs in the system.  The app will turn off for no reason and will not always save the data entered.  

**Recommendations to others considering Map My Customers:**

This is a good program for detailed salesman that will take the time to review how to use it correctly.  There are more than enough tools in the program that will help a sales organization to grow and expand.

**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

I love that I can see at a quick glance where all of my students are working.  I am required to do monthly site visits with students in the Cooperative Education program.  The pins on the map are an awesome way to see where everyone is, plan my visitation routes, and set reminders.  Very easy system to use.  I am so happy I found this.

There really isn't anything for me to dislike as I am not using this for it's intended purpose.

This is a very easy system to use.  Great functionality, fast and friendly customer support.  I am so glad that I found this software solution.

I need to visit students monthly.  This software helps me keep track of where they all are, what visits I have made, and because of the great map view, plan my routes for the visits.  It would be a logistical nightmare trying to figure out who to visit on which day and where in an approximate 50 mile radius of my office should I go.  Very happy with this.

I love the different reports that are available to download. They are super great in the fact that you can customize to any field. The reports are also emailed and exported to an excel file which makes it even more feasible when sorting data.

Sometime I have noticed when adding "USA" to some of my accounts it takes it away after saving it. Not sure why, but when I add it back a second time, it stays.

I am solving all of my department's CRM needs simply by this program.  I love the benefit of having an interactive map so we can physically see where our agents are located regionally.

I enjoy that MMC is very easy to use. It allows your to become more organize and track customers and the last time you had contact with them. Also keeping track of contacts for each account is very easy in MMC.

It would be nice if outlook synced with MMC so that if we email a customer out of outlook, MMC will automatically document that we reached out to that client.

It’s pretty accurate to your location about 90% of the time. Once you have them entered it’s easy.

Entering contacts is not user friendly to just transfer, it asks country most businesses do not have their client list set up like this so I have to manually enter each client. Also they switched driving directions to google maps from Waze, I absolutely hate google maps!

This app allows me to take detailed notes on who I’ve met and what we did! I can sound really informed when I meet with my customer and I remember their name and some details about them!

There were some bumps in the road at first, but most of the issues have been ironed out. I still don’t like the desktop version, I am very visual and I prefer the map be the home screen. Also on desktop, pressing ctrl + mouse wheel to zoom is annoying.

I’m needed to have a detailed pinned map that I could take notes on, I like to click on the account I’ve visited and notate what I’ve done and what was said.

I like the creating a route side or MMC, it's very simple.

I dislike the fact that in order to add more accounts, I have to be on a computer(not my phone or iPad) and cannot add more than one at a time. Used to before the update, I could upload ALL my accounts from my other database, now I have to manual enter one in at a time. Which can be time consuming and frustrating at times.

I'm definitely getting around my state a lot easier using MMC!

I like how someone from the company gets back to me as soon as possible with any questions I have. I also like the graphics that the site shows you and the information about the sales funnel. In addition, I love how the pins are put on a map and you can easily plan your route. I really love all the colors you can choose to have your pins be.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

I guess the thing I don't like is sometimes the difficulty I have uploading my leads into the home map. If you are working on Numbers, you might experience problems when you export your file to a CSV file. Sometimes it works beautifully, and sometimes someone from the company has to help out.

Jump right in and you will love it.

I call the leads so my boss can drive around and visit them. I need to know how far away they are and to be able to plan a reasonably efficient route. I am able to lasso a group of pins, turn them pink for easy identification, and call those. I can keep notes on the leads and group them in different ways.
