**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

I really appreciate how Map My Customers makes my job easier when I'm out in the field and need organization throughout the day and week. It helps me navigate through clusters to find what I'm looking for and maximizes my sales potential. Plus, it allows me to contact my customers quicker than if I were to look them up on paper. The support team is always available and has helped me save a lot of time through troubleshooting. Setting it up was a breeze; it took just a couple of minutes, and the software is user-friendly.

Updates aren’t always helpful, especially when they change the layout.

What I like best about Map My Customers is how it visually organizes accounts and prospects on a map, making it much easier to plan travel, prioritize visits, and manage territories. The routing and scheduling tools help maximize time in the field, which is extremely valuable for sales teams that spend a lot of time on the road. I also appreciate that it’s user-friendly and integrates with existing CRM systems, allowing our team to adopt it quickly without a steep learning curve. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever questions come up.

Map My Customers is solving the challenge of efficiently managing territories, planning travel, and keeping customer information organized for our field sales team. Before using it, routing visits and identifying nearby opportunities took significantly more time and manual effort. The platform allows our reps to visually see their accounts, build optimized routes, and access customer details while on the road, which increases productivity and helps them spend more time with customers instead of planning logistics. This has improved overall efficiency, territory coverage, and accountability across the team.

**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

Customer support is paramount.  The tech support department worked diligently to ensure that my issue was corrected and that I was able to use the app as intended.  They answer questions whenever I need help.  The app is intuitive and works well on my iPhone.  It seems to synch seamlessly with my work laptop.  I use this app all the time in my sales efforts.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

Can sometimes be a little bit clunky with select app services.  New update releases tent to change some settings that must be changed back.  Overall, very good application.

**What problems is Map My Customers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At some point, the MMC app stopped working with the Google Maps app on my phone.  The technical support team worked diligently to get my issue resolved, and it now works as it should.

I've been using Map My Customers for about 8 months now and have been very pleased with the routing. It makes my customer visits way more efficient.

I struggled early on with getting my data set up how I wanted, but the customer service team member I worked with, Axel, was very helpful and made the process a lot easier after working with him.

There aren't a ton of down sides. I would say the worst is the difference in not only features but filters and groups from mobile to web.

It's makes our lead creation and management so much easier. I especially appreciate the routes function when I'm on the road. It was easy to implement into our day to day use and integrates well with our crm tool. If there's ever an issue, support is fantastic. Hats off to this incredible software!

**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

This app has been a game changer for me. All of the basic CRM functions are in the lower-tier app, as well as mapping and planning. I've used other CRM apps for essential functions, but they did not have maps unless I paid for the premium tier, as well as the cost of the map pack. It's easy to use as well as integrate with other CRM or ERP systems. Customer service has been phenomenal in helping me implement this into my daily use and transition from my previous CRM. I use this every day for planning and once or twice a week for routing trips to see my customers.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

The only reason this is a review is an 8 is that there are a few issues needing to be fixed. I would also like to see some cross-implementation with functions in the app that are already there.

Keeping track of my customer database, contacts and visits. It also plans my routes to make sure I accurately manage time, and for getting to as many customers as I can and create a routine.

Their customer support team is VERY responsive and helpful!! As for features, the mapping tool and lead finder are great. MMC does a good job of rolling out useful enhancements with new tools for our sales team to use or visualize data.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

We have an automated custom report that is sent as a CSV via email and it would appear better in a dashboard view within the app. They do have charts and dashboards we just need to customize them.

It helps create a historical record of our rep / customer activities completed, helps find leads and track customer data

Simple easy to use both on the web and in app. Reporting is very intuitive and drag and drop nature is great for adjustment. Support is quick, knowledgeable and kind. I love working with Michelle Irving and Kim Hays they are a huge win for anyone lucky enough to work with them.

My only dislike is permissions are a little rudimentary but I think it something that they would fix if it was an issue to people.

Small agile organization with amazing customer service and low turn around of employees/staff. Great software, great people, values their customers and have definitely gone the extra mile. Very easy to use and intuitive software. Implementation was a breeze.

Could do a better job of communicating patch notes non major feature changes. They have a lot of features and sometimes bugs will slip through the cracks of the QC team.

**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

Map My Customer is great for a "hunter" looking for opportunity in an area they know fairly well and of real value for a sales rep in an unfamiliar territory. We used to say to our reps, "you've driven this same route for the past 6 months... Why not pull up MMC and go an extra mile or a little bit out of your way. What new potential customers are there for you to find?".
I have found real good use cases by joining the sessions MMC puts on with their clients when they discuss how folks are using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

MMC is a specific tool. Great for finding new clients. It is not a full-CRM tool and it quite limited in functionality for things outside of it's core purpose. There are about 20 custom fields you can add. The sales funnel is something you can reps started with, but not as feature rich as other tools.

**What problems is Map My Customers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell tires to commercial customers. Our potential customers are diverse. Trucking companies, bus companies, government, schools, farms, mines, construction. MMC helps us find any type of company in any industry.

It is a user friendly, intuitive system.  But whenever I get stumped the online chat with a live person is always fantastic!

I love the support I've received from day one. When there has been a bug, it was fixed right away and my feedback is heard and executed on quickly~ I use MMC about 1 time per week and more often when traveling to find leads in areas I"m not familiar with. The product is fairly easy to use and chat support is there when I need them. MMC also works with Hubspot very well!

It's still a little buggy at times, but when I report it, they get on it right away!

love the visual feel of this one!  its pretty organized and easy to follow. lots of ways to sort!  it's a fun and fresh way to log and research about our customers!

The "distance betweeen check-in and entity location." This specific feature separates MMC from the competition and is a must-have if you're the team manager.

The Daily Activities reports are only supported by Excel.  We typically do not use MS- Excel and primarily use Google DOCS which can be limiting at times.

When replacing a seasoned salesperson with a new salesperson, the new member immediately knows the who, where and recent history of the routed accounts. Nice!

MMC helped me improve with territory planning and overall execution in the field. The mobile and desktop experience are so easy to use from wherever I'm at. My favorite part of the platform is that it includes a bi directional integration with my CRM Salesforce.

If they built mileage tracking into the platform then it would literally have every aspect of what I need in the day of a life of an outside sales rep. They do a great job of building what users ask for so hopefully it's in the near term roadmap

I had no idea what my total addressable market was until I started using MMC. I was spending hours a week doing admin work and now I would say I have most of those hours back to be in the field serving my customers and targeting new prospects. It provides any rep at any level of tech sophistication with a really intuitive and straightforward workflow

**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

Knowing where the team is at all times, seeing when we last inspected a site or had an issue in a face-to-face meeting.  We use it to create routes in Mobile Shredding, and Janitorial Inspections and to cluster new service requests from our existing footprint.  we cover the entire state from High Point to Cape May NJ, and seeing where a truck is, or where an agent is when a ticket comes in is essential to our daily operations.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

We are a 95% Government shop so we are not using the lead search at the moment, this is not to say it is a dislike or a bad service, we just were not able to us this will keeping up with essential services during the pandemic.

**What problems is Map My Customers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New contacts, backup contacts..  we service over 500 sites in NJ and there was a lot of attrition during Covid, MMC helped us keep up.

The route planning and easy check in capabilities have been a major help to me. In the last 10 years of b2b field prospecting I have gone from shoebox, base, outfield, badger, geo pointe, map anything, and MMC IS THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES IT ALL!

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

I do wish sales force integration could be more granular. I have workflows setup in sales force but if we could do parent child relationship association in MMC and have it update onto sales force that would be nice. Also duplicate check and adding geo location. Accounts could be done a bit better based on other apps I've used. Few too many steps to add a new account using geo location.  Also offline is not great. 

However. These are far outweighed by the benefits in others.

Organization. Note keeping time savings. I can add follow-ups and keep track krwho what and when WAY easier than. A desktop CRM, wish deals was better laid out on iOS all though

We love the ability to create routes for our East Coast Sales Rep based on the areas he plans on visiting. We enjoy being able to include current customers and potential leads. The integration with HubSpot is nice, as well, so his notes transfer to our customer database.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

Our East Coast Sales Rep is not very tech savvy, so getting him used to checking in and keeping notes in the app is challenging. The app is easy to use for those familiar with technology, but not so much for those who aren't.

**What problems is Map My Customers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Map My Customers is helping us identify new leads in specific areas, as well as keeping us knowledgeable about the customers and potential leads our sales rep visits. It is helpful since our corporate headquarters are on the West Coast, and he is on the East Coast.

There needs to be a select all button when you are adding new leads with it eliminating any duplicates automatically. Also there are lots of categories that would be helpful that you have listed but there is never the actual info. If the category is there the info for the lead should be as well.

Not much, the app and website is very well built. I am able to use it as a mobile app to check my surround customer base. I used to cover a small area, but not have to cover multiple states, so this is very helpful

If you are in outside sales or have mulitple locations to keep track of this app is amazing for keeping contact info, addresses and allowing you to add notes, comments, etc.. to each visit.

I'm able solve the issue of seeing all of my customers in a given area. As well as solving the issue of a mobile CRM. 
The benfits are planning customer visits , documenting interactions, storing each customer into a given category, etc...

The mobile app is terrific, works in real-time as reps visit clients.   The entire platform has been built with sales reps in mind, not from a manager oversight perspective.

There has been the odd hiccup, but the whole MapMyCustomers team is incredibly responsive, professional, and quickly addresses any issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Map My Customers:**

all CRM's depend on staff adoption, MapmyCustomers has a sales rep 1st focus, so it's not perceived as a reporting or tracking tool.  The platform makes a reps life easier day to day, so they naturally want to use it.  This means great adoption, good data in, and thus good data out.

**What problems is Map My Customers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reps can log calls in real-time so keeping the CRM up-to-date is not an additional task.  The ease of the platform encourages full adoption.  Real data at a rep's fingertips when it's needed is vital.

MMC is an easy-to-use, robust application that allows my sales team to focus on productivity and not get bogged down with lengthy reports and planning.  They can assemble the data they need quickly and easily, review past activities, and get insights about their performance at a glance.  As a management tool, the data is well structured and useful for tracking my team's progress.

At times we have issues with our team members logging in and being able to access their account data.  When we go to the map routing feature, it shows up as New York City for the location.

If you're looking for an application that is both easy to use and provides robust data for sales planning and tracking, MMC is a great solution.

The problems we're able to solve with MMC include helping our team manage their time and set priorities based on customer's needs and company initiatives.  The benefits we realize include real-time activity tracking, a centralized application for updated customer information, and the ability to prospect with the find feature.

maps - IF ONLY they linked to google maps.. the addresses are stagnant and that is frustrating and time consuming for an on-the go outside sales person driving everywhere.

i wish MMC communicated Both ways, not unitlaterally with salesforce. if i put a customer and notes into MMC, it NVR makes its way to Salesforce.. i have to enter it in SF 1st vs just using MMC :(.. Hourly refresh w SF would help as well vs daily.

if there is No address - the customer doesn not show at all in MMC..:( but it would be nice if they popped up with a FLAG or something --saying to add it in SF.. or MMC?

.....I LOVE the new layout for company details w/ the visit, event.. section..please note to UI/UX that one..it did not let me select today.. june 10th but defaulted to june 8th (maybe because not yet launched? or glitch??) also it would be ESSENTIAL to add an EDIT feature to the notes. rt now you can only Trash/delete ,there is NO EDIT button. - thx, 

Also - not sure if it is possible, or already in play, but PLEASE please add the functionality for Addresses to link to google maps on the app! it does me no good to see an address then have to 1. write it down, then 2. type it separately into google maps. thx!!

**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

Map My Customers is a fantastic app for traveling sales reps - you have all of your accounts mapped out right there for you, so when you go to make your plan, you can see all of your customers in a certain area.  It makes calling on your customers SO easy! I also love that you can log your activities immediately, in your car, so you don't have to go back later and try to remember all the calls you made. It maps out routes for you so you can hit every account in the best order to save on drive time. It also has a find leads function, so if you are in a city and you have some spare time, you can use that and find new accounts to call on.  It is so easy to use, and it has made my life in sales that much easier!  There are too many benefits to list here - so you just have to try it for yourself!

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

The only thing I currently dislike about Map My Customers is that it is not currently directly attached to my work's internal system - so I cannot see current customer's YTD spend or open orders through MMC, or if a new customer is added to my internal system, a manual upload has to happen to get that customer to show in MMC.  However, they are currently working on getting our two systems to connect so that this issue will be resolved soon!  The developers at MMC are amazing, and if you don't like something, or something doesn't work exactly how you need it to work, they will fix it for you!  Literally any issue we have come across, MMC has fixed it.  We couldn't be happier!

**What problems is Map My Customers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Map My Customers has helped my company solve the routing issues that many of our sales reps were having.  Before MMC, we did not have a tool to visualize all of our customer accounts on the map to make a plan and route to make customer calls effectively. This tool has made planning and routing our calls SO easy, and now we don't miss any accounts in any specific areas that we may have missed before.

**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

MMC is the best software I have found for pure account visualization and mapping. It is easy to edit accounts, and use colorful map pins to distinguish between different account types. I do not use the routing function, but other programs weigh heavily on this so they do not suit my needs as well as MMC.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

I dislike how frequently they update the platform. It would be ok if small updates were made, but it seems like everyone I update the app, I have to re-learn the interface. Also, it used to be much easier to manage accounts on the desktop website, but, I have managed after a slight learning curve.

**Recommendations to others considering Map My Customers:**

Easy to upload accounts and visualize accounts on a map using colored pins. However, it can be a little complex if you are interested in it solely to create routes.

I love how easy it is to edit the accounts from your mobile device and how easy it is to send the info to GPS.

**What do you like best about Map My Customers?**

It provides our traveling reps with a centralized tool for managing all the dealers in their territories and plan their visit routes efficiently.  The flexibility to add custom fields and include data that's useful to the outside reps and provides KPIs to their managers helps to keep the sales team's focus aligned with strategic goals.  

The team at MapMyCustomers has also been very responsive to suggestions and has already modified the tool based on feedback we've provided throughout our use.  The handful of platform issues we encountered have been solved and the platform is always getting better.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

Most modern businesses rely heavily on web-based platforms (shared folders, CRMs, portals, etc.), but the custom fields currently don't recognize URL or email formats.  URLs and email addresses don't display as active links in company details for our traveling reps.  There is only one field for a web address, so we're forced to choose what link to show.

We have lots of issues with getting data from the platform. For example, we have automated reports that just sometimes do not arrive. Integrations with our ERP system and CRM have been complex and expensive.

I like that you can group customers and them filter these customers on the map..  I think it is so much easier to plan when I have a birds eye view of the area

We are having some issues with defaults settings that don't make sense to us and some issues implementing custom fields that get info from our ERP.

Make sure that any ERP integration is complete and tested before the roll out.  This would make training and adoption by users more meaningful.

I think it's MMC helps me a bit more organized as it relates to planing for day to day activities.  It is also easy to use in the fly when the plan changes to stay productive

I like that the Map My Customer team is always there to help. When my team has an issue Map My Customer is a chat away from solving our issue. The team has always been more than helpful when we need training sessions or additional help with features. Also, the team is more than polite and professional when it comes to our business relationship.

Map My Customer is a new program that comes with its ups and downs. There are bugs here and there but overall the program is great!

One cons is the constant update to the layout on the MMC App. It's like I have to relearn how to use it all over again.

Extremely user friendly. If there is an issue it seems very easy to have tweaked by MMC staff. It allowed me to organize gathered information so I can refer back to when needed.

**What do you dislike about Map My Customers?**

Initially it was difficult to receive reports from my co-worker and "link" our accounts we share. That has since been resolved.

We have solved the issue of cross over with my co-worker and myself where we share the same accounts. 
Benefits are that things are documented in a way that is easy to refer back to and use the information I already gathered.
