I really like how easy it is to do bulk booking and guest travel booking with Routespring. The event management features are also very helpful, and the interface is simple to use. **What do you like best about Routespring?**

We love how easy it is to use their service by slightly extra and get refunds on even the non-refundable flights. By paying about 9% extra, we get 90% of our ticket value back which is a great option for us, as our consultants are in the field a lot of times, and often their travel needs to be rescheduled.

**What do you dislike about Routespring?**

I would love to see their help center and knowledge base a bit more detailed so we are able to find answers to our questions asap. their support team is awesome and we can reach out to them anytime, but we would also prefer a DIY kind of resolution via help center.

**What problems is Routespring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Routespring is helping us save a lot of money via the 90 for 9 plan, and the easy integration with our expense system. We now have a peace of mind while booking travel knowing that we will get 90% of our ticket value back by paying slightly extra.
