As an Administrator, I believe this is a key useful feature. I feel that the use of the pin access for staff is very convenient and brilliant for positive time management. This speeds up the staff's day-to-day activities. **What do you dislike about RotaCloud?** I don't like that this is a web application. I feel that the administrator would benefit from a desktop application. I think that the function to customise the colours would be good too. **Recommendations to others considering RotaCloud:** I would recommend a mobile app and desktop app for administrator access. **What problems is RotaCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used this to track staff's working hours and them to be able to access open shifts that are available.
