Having used the platform for over a year, this reviewer appreciates the variety of features available but finds them largely non-functional. The QSite feature, which was a key selling point, has been broken for five months, leading to significant financial losses.

What do you like best about RepairQ?

The reporting feature in RepairQ is incredibly helpful because the reports can get very detailed and you can set them up to be automatically run in a certain timeframe and even emailed to specific or multiple people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RepairQ?

More integrations with other systems would be excellent. Having repairQ data transfer automatically into our HRIS system for easy analysis of wages vs sales would be so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RepairQ?

The site is easy to navigate through, I use it daily for my job its very easy to add parts to inventory and it keeps all my customer data together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RepairQ?

So far I haven't had problems, I have had to reach customer service for minor problems like repair Q crashing but the take care of problem fast and within minutes its okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
