There are many App Store analytrics tool out there: Mobile Action is ohne of the few that offers a usabel free tier that small develper ca use to bootstrap their businesses. It's one of the services I first used when trying to improve my apps ranking.

The pricing of non-free tiers is not published, so it's difficult to gauge how much it will cost when the free tier is not enough

**What do you like best about MobileAction?**

With MobileAction, I have access to numerous tools that enable me to conduct accurate research on competitor keywords (both organic and paid), monitor the share of voice on my own keywords whenever I want, and implement automation rules to expand keyword scalability – a task that would have been impractical to accomplish manually. These automations and competitor research efforts have proven instrumental in transforming low volume keywords into scalable assets.

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

My only criticism of MobileAction is that the Dashboard UI can get cluttered and difficult to navigate when multiple filters are used, making it challenging to go back after adding more parameters to the dashboard view.

**What problems is MobileAction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MobileAction provides me with a holistic perspective of my industry while running paid acquisition on ASA. Through their tools, I can seamlessly expand keywords, keep tabs on competitor strategies, and uncover crucial keyword gaps that have played a vital role in scaling and enhancing performance.

Additionally, the dedication and support from the Account Managers have been outstanding. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had.

I've encountered discrepencies between data shown on MobileAction and data seen on the consoles.

With MobileAction, I can counduct correct research and analyze, monitor our keywords and competitors' keywords. These are really great actions to take use one step forward. Also, the team are always support us with really significant insights and solutions.

The Mobile Actions platform has updated by UI/UX team regularly and user needs to approve those changes. It might be annoying sometimes. It shows this box 6 7 times in a day.

**What do you like best about MobileAction?**

I really like the creative part. It is insaI really liked the area where I saw creatives because I don't need to download the creatives I like, and I can organize them into files for myself. This is very helpful for me as an artist, and seeing the impressions there also guides me when preparing my creatives. I mostly use the name 'creative and analysis,' so I can say I gave this part a full score. The website is very user-friendly, and during the onboarding process, they guide you through everything you need to know in detail. So, I can say that the onboarding process was successful. Also for the customer support. They are really helpful and if I live any problems about Mobile Action they are helping with me really quickly. Especially I want to say thank you to Ihsan.

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

When I try to watch some videos, they can be quite slow to load, and I sometimes experience issues when pressing the play button. However, I'm not sure if this is due to my device or related to the website.

It allows me to see creatives from other applications and It works really well cause sometimes finding a new ideas really hard. Also seeing the impression rate from others it provides me with insights for the videos I'm going to create.

The platform is really user-friendly and if you're stuck either with the platform, the features or how to integrate it with different apps, the colleagues are eager to help you. I use it every day regarding my job and needless to say it gives me ease and saves a lot of time. It was super quick to setup.

I didn't encounter any of these, everything works as it should be working.

I love the ease of use and flexibility of MobileAction. It allows my team and I quality insights for our needs and also allows us to automate some of our workflows. The team is also very helpful with guiding us and answering any questions we may have which made the onboarding process extremely easy.

As MoibleAction is a feature rich product, there are some instances where the UX may not be up to speed with what it wants to achieve, but these issues are minor as there are many ways to work around problems in the product.

**What do you like best about MobileAction?**

Promotion and advertising on the Apple App store was never easy. But SeachAds.com atually solved the issues and made it really easy to automate the promotion and ad campaigns so our application is visible on top searches in app store.

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

I believe it would be beneficial if they expanded the platform to include other search engines. While it is an excellent  platform for promoting apps on Apple's search, it curently does not support any other platforms.

There are many problems that SearchAds.com is solving for us 
1. We can easily optimize our apple search ad campaigns.
2. It let us set the automation rules to make most out of our campaigns.
3. Smart biding is an added benifit.

Their support always comes in a timely manner.
Very product-centric approach when they help growing our products, I can always expect detailed, specific and actionable recommendations from them.

Having both ASA and the ASO intelligence together is very handy.

I have been using the dashboard for soon 2 years, still find the process when doing filter and then navigate to campaigns - adgoups a bit laggy somehow, just doesn't feel that smooth.

Used the Lifetime tariff in MobileAction. I also recommended this service to my friends. It was a perfect solution for non-professional ASO users. However...

However, one day they decided to limit the features I had access to when I purchased Lifetime access. Moreover, at the moment even the free plan has more features. Everything you need to know about the company's policy towards its users.

We're tracking thousands of keywords for our ASO operations. MobileAction brings excellent performance, reliability, and innovation to the table. Their customer success team is also very approachable and swift! We also use their API to pull data and build custom dashboards.

Some UI/UX changes could have been communicated before they were applied. It's a minor thing, but some caught us off-guard.

I found the ASA optimization tool and system in Mobile Action to be very helpful throughout the entire process, from generating new keywords to analyzing campaign performance. ASA optimization primarily relies on keywords, which can often entail a substantial workload for optimization tasks. However, Mobile Action has automated this process in a user-friendly manner. Additionally, their reporting system proves to be highly valuable; we were able to create customized metrics that catered to our specific needs, allowing us to evaluate performance from various perspectives.

The dashboard sometimes takes a while to load.

I signed up to mobile action so that they can receive click data from my network. So essentially an employee. However they just took my my deposit and now I have nothing left.

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

Mobile action signed me up and scammed me out of my last dollar. I was unable to complete the task as they asked me for 800 usd and then asked for $2000 usd for the second. Because I couldn't deposit $2000 usd they have taken all of my money

They have done nothing to solve my issues. Nobody told me that I would need to deposit $5000 usd to use the service

They do a fair job on KW research and competitor analysis

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

There is no way to cancel your subscription and you need to chat with them. They are slow in responding and not helpful. They say the problem is fixed, while it is not. I was looking for an upgrade, and they sent me an incorrect bill and without my authorization deducted that from my account. In the chat they said they were going to return it and wait for two weeks, I heard that 3 times and they never returned it. With another bug, they kept sending me the instructions I had already followed. I wouldn't trust them with my payment information and would not count on their customer support.

**What problems is MobileAction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the end, I did not find that beneficial because as long as the app goes it is 80% inside the app and 20% outside.

You get access to a highly exclusive market that really drives a high amount of intent, so you feel you are driving a large amount of value for your clients. It's extremely easy to use and it has pretty good reporting.

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

Most searches are still being done on Google, over 90%. You're dipping into a very shallow pool here. Even if the intent is up, at the end of the day the ROI may not be worth it for mosts. Other tools available can work with other portals, not just apple searches.

It helped us get into the Apple environment and understand it, play in it until we were then able to get things right. With other platforms it was just to clunky and tough to get.

Mobile Action's ease of use is fantastic, but I mainly love the team behind the tech. As the owner of an organic & paid UA agency, it was essential for us to not only have a reliable analytics solution but also to have a solid customer support team behind that solution. It's something tough to come by, but Mobile Action is the clear choice on that front.

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

I have no complaints at all. Mobile Action does its best to resolve any issues/bugs/UX flaws as soon as they pop up.

**What problems is MobileAction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Mobile Action, we relied on a basic analytics platform. We've been on their Business Intelligence plan for about half a year and can't say enough great things. We've closed at least 2x more deals than last year and are now delivering a more end-to-end solution for our clients.
