View Full ReviewThe ease of use of this product is perhaps my favorite feature. In a company with numerous clubs to manage, Fitness Force makes it easy to handle all of the back-end aspects of club ownership. Because it is so convenient, the member experience is that much better. We no longer have member or prospect information written on pieces of paper to be lost, destroyed, or stolen. With online tracking, it is easy to provide exceptional service to existing members while also recruiting new prospective members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The set-up process for Fitness Force can be quite time consuming and tedious. It takes a great deal of attention to detail for everything to be finalized. Be prepared to spend a significant amount of time ensuring all information is correct prior to launch. Do not rush the launch, however, as fixing issues after it has launched is more time consuming than working to get it right the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that this software can allow the complete management of the gym management and beyond. I like how easy it is to make a custom report. I like that PT charges can be on membership account it does not have to be on 2 different accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support was a little lagging on my time on the phone with them. It wasn't a problem, but if I needed an answer right away, it didn't happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
