In a company with numerous clubs to manage, Fitness Force makes it easy to handle all of the back-end aspects of club ownership. Because it is so convenient, the member experience is that much better. We no longer have member or prospect information written on pieces of paper to be lost, destroyed, or stolen. With online tracking, it is easy to provide exceptional service to existing members while also recruiting new prospective members. **What do you dislike about FitnessForce?** The set-up process for Fitness Force can be quite time consuming and tedious. It takes a great deal of attention to detail for everything to be finalized. Be prepared to spend a significant amount of time ensuring all information is correct prior to launch. Do not rush the launch, however, as fixing issues after it has launched is more time consuming than working to get it right the first time. **Recommendations to others considering FitnessForce:** If you are looking for a system to provide insight into your club activities as well as organize the day-to-day, this is the software product for you. **What problems is FitnessForce solving and how is that benefiting you?** FitnessForce provides our administrative team real-time insight into clubs within the organization. It offers the opportunity to track the sales team and prospects as they go through the marketing process to ensure no leaf is left unturned and all leads are properly managed. The overall organization of the clubs is better as a result of implementing this product. ### 3. I like how easy it is to make a custom report. I like that PT charges can be on membership account it does not have to be on 2 different accounts. **What do you dislike about FitnessForce?** Customer support was a little lagging on my time on the phone with them.
