Because it is so convenient, the member experience is that much better. We no longer have member or prospect information written on pieces of paper to be lost, destroyed, or stolen. The set-up process for Fitness Force can be quite time consuming and tedious. It takes a great deal of attention to detail for everything to be finalized. Be prepared to spend a significant amount of time ensuring all information is correct prior to launch.
