"Total game-changer for our real estate pipeline."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Copper?

Copper is awesome for our team. The Google Workspace integration is super smooth since we basically live in Gmail, so having the CRM right there in the sidebar saves us a ton of time.

The third-party app connections are great too. We use Slack and Mailchimp daily, and everything links up without any hassle. We were doing WhatsApp manually before, but once we saw they added the timelines.ai WhatsApp integration, we knew we will use it,total game-changer for keeping our client chats logged right in the CRM.

Plus, the interface is super clean and onboarding takes minutes, so the whole team picked it up fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Custom reporting could use a bit more flexibility for niche real estate workflows. And managing highly specific property attributes sometimes takes extra workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copper CRM Streamlined Our Workflow with Fast Search, Smart Automations, and Great Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Copper?

Copper CRM is fast loading, easy to search and load my clients on the fly. As a web/advertising agency, we were able to customize Company fields to streamline our workflow. The visibility is amazing with Workspace integration where we can see all of our email conversations. From the sales side, I love the pipeline flow - especially the automations that add reminders to my calendar and tasks from a single view to follow up on deals. The email automation has reduced the amount of time doing check ins with referral partners, past clients, and potential clients. My deals are closing faster, our team is operating more efficiently, and our visibility has increased. Love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

I wish the fields were live and had a Copy/Save icon next to each. When moving quickly to copy data from a field, I worry we will wipe the data out. I don't like not having an undo or restore functionality if there is a mistake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melanie Raffa of Copper

Hi Matt,

Thank you so much for providing your feedback! We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying Copper's integration with Google Workspace and specifically our pipeline and automations functionality.

I'll share the feedback regarding fields to our product team.

"GDPR-Compliant CRM with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Copper?

As our firm’s GDPR and BSI compliance lead, Copper’s built-in data governance tools are its biggest strength. I can tag each client record with custom retention rules aligned to German privacy law and pull one-click exports to respond quickly to customer data access requests. Native G Suite sync attaches all client emails and meeting history straight to their CRM profile, eliminating scattered personal data across our mailboxes. Role-based access locks confidential hosting contracts from junior staff, matching our internal BSI access policies, and immutable activity logs supply ready-made audit trails for our annual IT compliance reviews. Having all client leads, active hosting contracts and support correspondence stored in a single hub also drastically cuts the time we spend gathering records ahead of audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Copper’s regional hosting setup is its most critical flaw for German businesses—much of our client contact data still passes through US servers, so I have to manually migrate datasets to our on-prem GDPR archive every month to stay compliant. There’s no native automation to bulk delete expired client records, which adds repetitive manual admin work. Exported audit logs don’t match the structured format our internal BSI auditors require, meaning extra formatting work before every review. The platform’s German interface translation is incomplete; many advanced compliance menus remain English-only, slowing down less technical junior team members during daily CRM work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melanie Raffa of Copper

Hi Martha,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We're delighted to hear that Copper has helped centralize your client data and streamline your GDPR and compliance workflows. It's especially rewarding to know that features like custom fields, role-based permissions, activity history, and Google Workspace integration are helping your team save time and stay organized during audits.

We also appreciate your candid feedback on regional data hosting, record retention automation, audit log formatting, and German-language support. Hearing how these areas impact your day-to-day operations gives our team valuable insight into where we can continue improving the product for customers with complex compliance requirements.

Thank you again for choosing Copper and for sharing your experience. We truly appreciate your partnership and your thoughtful feedback.

"Seamless Google Integration, Perfect for Mid-Sized Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Copper?

We use Copper as our main CRM to manage full lead pipelines and maintain long-term client relationships across our marketing agency. It perfectly unifies prospect nurturing, daily client management and cross-team workflow coordination. Its greatest strength is the flawless native integration with Google Workspace, especially built-in Gmail functionality. Our team can edit contact info, update deal progress and set follow-up tasks directly within emails, which removes tedious extra operations and greatly raises daily usage willingness. The visual drag-and-drop pipeline layout is clean and easy to master, and the automatic activity log records all emails, calls and work notes in real time. This ensures smooth information handover between marketing and sales teams with no missing communication details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Copper’s native reporting and analytical features are quite limited for marketing teams. It only supports basic pipeline data viewing, and lacks practical lead source tracking and campaign ROI measurement tools. We have to manually export data to Google Sheets to finish in-depth performance analysis. It also does not support customized marketing KPI dashboards and scheduled automated report sending, creating extra repetitive office work. In addition, its built-in automation logic is relatively basic, which cannot fully satisfy our complex multi-stage customer follow-up and nurturing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copper had evolve the way I manage my opportunities"

I really like how Copper automatically organizes the leads you add. It gives you the tools to stay connected with your clients, follow up on time, and avoid losing opportunities. It helps maintain better communication and overall stronger relationships with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Another improvement could be enhancing the mobile app experience. Sometimes certain features feel limited compared to the desktop version, so having more functionality and smoother navigation on mobile would make it easier to manage leads and tasks on the go. What do you like best about Copper?

I like that with Copper, I didn't have to learn a new tool because it integrates smoothly with one I already use, which is great. I find it convenient to see the open rates and the date of last engagement, which helps me decide when to reach out to prospective customers. Copper makes it super easy to engage with my contacts, prospects, and clients through my email, and that integration is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
