**What do you like best about ChurchTools?**

It’s easy to create new contacts and services. The options to change and choose information to share is also applicable. The design is simple and clear allowing members who aren’t technically strong easy usability.

**What do you dislike about ChurchTools?**

Like all programs in this area, data entry takes time.

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchTools:**

Try out ChurchTools and see if it’s a good fit for you. Once you see the simple design and easy of creating your own needs, you will enjoy it.

**What problems is ChurchTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChurchTools allowed us to track our members information, and create services and teams with appropriate tasks for members. ChurchTools can be set up to remind and send emails to members when their tasks are approaching. This takes the burden off the administrator.

**What do you like best about ChurchTools?**

Helpful in stream lining the administrative side of ministry and also allows to become better organized.  It is easy to use and gives all sorts of options on what you want to organize.

**What do you dislike about ChurchTools?**

Not much to dislike.  Maybe the learning curve?  But that's a small price to pay for what can be gleaned from this software.  Take the time to ask questions and look into what is being offered.

If you can put this system into place as it will help you get more organized.

**What problems is ChurchTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization in the front office and making sure things run smoothly.

Easy to keep track of the teams and Sunday experience

Some functions are hard to figure out how to do. It’s hard to track the steps each member has taken

This program will allow you to give permissions to users based on their needs. All your information is in one place.
